Just ok
I like the variety of workouts the app offers, but the actual set-up and function of the app is not worth $18 per month. The videos don’t always match the description of the exercise we are supposed to be doing (i.e. description says sit down with legs in a V-shape for overhead shoulder press and video shows Jen standing and doing an overhead press). Sure-I can read the description and figure out what I am supposed to do, but there are free platforms that don’t have these errors. Also, very often there will be no guidance on whether we are doing a certain number of reps v. a certain length of time. Today’s entire workout just has a blank rep count and blank timer. There are definitely some kinks to work out to make this worth paying for.

Workouts are great, but with editing issues.
The workouts on the app are great, but for some, there may be a challenge understanding exactly what to do if the wrong demo is paired with the wrong exercise or if there is no demo linked.
SO GOOD
Jen is the best!! This app has inspired me to lace up my running shoes again….
