Where's the "instruction" part?
I'm confused - I see workout videos, but is there supposed to be sound? Tried to contact the developer, but the link takes you to a Chinese porn site. 🤔

Love all of Samuel's apps and this one is great! I've ran a couple half marathons and this has been helpful. I also do obstacle courses and this is great for that as well!!

I really like the instruction and videos, they're clear and concise. Give me the option to play all the drills at once instead of have to select them one by one while exercising and you'll earn a fifth star!
