About

Tap an exercise, type weight × reps, done. Your first set is logged in under a minute — no setup wizard, no questionnaire. Want a plan instead? Say so on the first screen and Fit4i builds one from your recovery and equipment. Either way, every set feeds the same 14-zone muscle map — it knows what has recovered and what's overdue. LOG THE WAY YOU ALREADY TRAIN Pick "I train on my own" and Home greets you with "At the gym? Start here" — one tap opens an empty workout. Add exercises — or create your own — type weight and reps, tick the set. Next time the same exercise opens pre-filled, with "Last time: 60×8, 8, 7 · 3 days ago" right under the name. Hit every rep? A quiet line says "All sets hit — try 62.5 kg?" — one tap to take it, none to ignore it. Rest timer and personal records: automatic. YOUR ROUTINE, BUILT FROM WORKOUTS YOU ACTUALLY DID Finished? One card asks "Save as a routine day?" — no builder to fill in. Save a second one and you have a split. From then on every slot carries a target: fill the rep range and the weight steps up. Three sessions in range without reaching the top? A stall line offers a swap, and swaps are remembered. Need a break from targets? Pause them; when you resume they catch up to your latest weights, never down. THE MUSCLE MAP DOESN'T DECORATE. IT DECIDES. Fourteen zones, each recovering from the sets you logged — weight, reps, how long ago. On your own routine it shows what you trained yesterday, what fell behind this week, and how many sets each zone got. Pick "Build My Plan" and every morning the map serves the day your body is readiest for and says why in one line. A main lift that has waited too long goes first — so your deadlift never quietly disappears. STILL A PROGRAM, NOT A SHUFFLE Fit4i keeps the structure: main lifts come back on schedule. Weights and reps advance on their own. Volume climbs in waves and backs off in planned deloads — real periodization, not "add 2.5 kg forever". YOUR SLEEP IS AN INPUT, NOT A STATISTIC Sleep, HRV and resting heart rate come from Apple Health — or a ten-second check-in if you don't wear a watch — and they shape today's session, not next month's chart. Rough night: fewer sets, a rep in reserve. Feeling fine anyway? Say so, and the plan believes you. IT BENDS TO YOUR LIFE • 25 minutes instead of 60? One tap compresses the session — the main lift survives. • Bench taken? Swap the exercise; zone and load carry over. • Missed a few days? No guilt screen — the muscles that fell behind catch up. • Left mid-workout? Your sets wait on the Today tab as "Continue workout". • Reminders on training days — offered right after sign-up, plan or not. • Skipping the plan today? "Empty workout" is always there — log, map and records still count it. • Want the plan later? Switch any time — your weights carry over. ALSO IN THE BOX • Apple Watch: today's plan, set logging, rest timer and heart rate on your wrist. • Nutrition by photo: snap a plate, get calories and protein. • English, Deutsch, Русский, Español, Dansk. kg or lbs — gym, home, or bodyweight. FREE FOREVER. PRO WHEN YOU WANT IT TO THINK. Free, always: the log, your routine days with slot targets, "Last time", history, personal records, the muscle map and the check-in. Pro adds the layer that decides for you: the auto-built program and its rebuild, the readiness ring that adjusts today's session, planned deloads (volume waves on auto-built programs), the weekly briefing with recovery, and nutrition. Your first 14 days of Pro are free, no card; if you train on your own, they start with your first finished workout on a saved routine day. Finishing a workout is now one clear tap — and leaving one never loses it. FINISHING AND LEAVING - Back always works. Leaving a workout with logged sets asks once: "Finish & save", "Keep logging" or "Leave, continue later". Before, there was no way to finish from there, and after "Keep logging" Back could stop responding - After the last exercise you see "All sets done" with "Finish workout" pinned at the bottom — not a "Workout complete" that wasn't saved yet - Ticked every set in a few seconds with the suggested numbers? We ask once — "Log these sets as-is?" — because your next targets are based on them - A resumed plan workout picks up at the next set, not at one you already did UNFINISHED WORKOUTS - The "Continue workout" card shows the date it is from - Opening another workout no longer silently replaces an unfinished one: "Count it" or "Discard" — your choice SIGNING IN - Signed in with an Apple ID that had no account yet? Fit4i says so, keeps the answers you already gave and builds your plan — no more empty profile editor. "Not your account? Sign in with email" is right there - If Sign in with Apple isn't available on the device, you get a clear way to continue with email instead of "Unknown error" - On Home, "Build your program" builds it for you during the trial or with Pro; "Build manually" sits right below ALSO - Fit4i is for people aged 16 and up; the age field says so - Switching from a plan to your log shows "Switching to your log…" instead of a frozen screen - The reminder screen ignores an accidental tap in its first moment and comes straight after Apple Health - After your first free workout, reminders get a proper card on the summary - Named a custom exercise "Running"? We point out that sets here are weight × reps All 5 languages.
