Never syncs the correct amount of steps and it doesn’t sync automatically

Loved the old Fit Bit. Thus change us terrible. If I wanted complex I would have bought a smart watch.

This app double charged me for a service I never once’s used and they refuse to refund my money. Don’t use this fraudulent app!

Will bot sync to my fit bit. I cannot get ahold of customer support. I waste of 60 dollars.
Has finally synced, but has no icons to do anything else such as show data

This new app is a piece of junk! I want my old Fitbit app back. I’m ready to throw my Fitbit in the trash and buy an Apple Watch.
Disappointed
Wish I knew when I paid $150 dollars for this watch that I would have to pay $80 a year to get my steps. I never had the sleep or any other options that were supposed to be available. Said
