Difficult

This is so difficult. I want to track my steps. That’s all. This app is wanting all access, all information, all money and payments and all I want to do is track my steps. Dang!!!

Lost my app

Can’t seem to replace and install app to update my time on my versa watch and log activity steps. No idea where it has gone! Now timeless and travelling. Crazy.

Overcharged

The app said $39.99 annual fee for full app but I got charged $75…very frustrated. I would stay away.

Total junk and a rip off. Do not buy. I am out the cost of lifetime subscription. Tried contacting support twice and no response. Complete and total junk. Worthless. Wish I could give negative stars.

Seriously kicking myself for not finding this app months ago! I was manually entering my Fitbit data into Apple Health like a caveman. This app does it all automatically and gets EVERY detail. My insurance app can finally track my steps properly too. This is incredible!

Fitbit to health

I've been using Fitbit devices for 8 years and this app is essential for anyone serious about their data. Syncs all my Charge 5 metrics including stress management and skin temperature trends. Finally have everything in one place in Apple Health. Other sync apps always seemed to miss the advanced metrics but this gets them all.

The app doesn't even open anymore

I purchased a lifetime subscription to the app in 2023. It stopped syncing automatically in 2024 and when I redownloaded it just now, it won't even open. If customer service would even respond, I'd demand my money back

Does SPO2 and respiratory rate but not HRV.

It’s hard to find a syncing tool that synchronizes SPO2 and respiratory rate, and this one does it, so bravo for that. I bought the full version for these features.

The only thing I wish is that it would also do heart rate variability/HRV which it does NOT do.

The duplication issue seems to be resolved, but still no HRV data since I originally posted this review months ago.

Don’t bother with

Spams you with ads and do so anything other then step tracking you need to pay $80

Sleep Analysis full breakdown

Was struggling to find an app that would download the full sleep analysis data with awake, rem, core, and deep.

The sync for this data worked and I was then able to further sync the data with my CPAP machine app. Very happy with this.

You only can transfer steps for free. Anything else requires you to pay. No thanks
