Scam
Tried downloading the app. Had confusing log in information, and required card information for $0 charge. Afterwards tried charging my card $50 from random locations. Would highly recommend avoiding this app.

I haven’t been able to sync my Fitbit and I’m very upset with Fitbit. Why did you have to change. You are all nothing but a bunch of greedy so-and-so’s.
Poor use for Fitbit
I have been trying to sync my Fitbit using this app I was directed to . However it keeps taking me to purchase the health care which I do not want. I just want to sync my watch for time and teach steps. Any help would be appreciated.

Incredibly difficult to use
I’m not sure who thought it was necessary to change this app, but I do not agree with this decision. You should have left the old app alone, Fitbit users want to just do the same normal things we used to do with this app and now it’s changed over to Google and I can’t even do simple things like figure out how to see my run stats. I’m highly disappointed and probably about to change to another brand of fitness tracker.

I woke up and my fit bit versa stopped working & I found it converted to google health app. I tried all the things the websites and help instructs to do and still can’t get my versa to work. It’s very frustrating, I’m so mad at google for doing this.

On out 3rd Fitbit but google app is very bad will be upgrading to Apple Watch.

This is so difficult. I want to track my steps. That’s all. This app is wanting all access, all information, all money and payments and all I want to do is track my steps. Dang!!!
Lost my app
Can’t seem to replace and install app to update my time on my versa watch and log activity steps. No idea where it has gone! Now timeless and travelling. Crazy.
