My Fitbit quit working. It will not sync and records nothing. Will not update. And there is no one to contact for assistance
Can’t do a thing without premium!!
Its just messed up all my data!! And won’t let me have it until i go premium. I bought my lux fitbit it worked beautifully, the google came along!!

I just downloaded the app and I was charged $99, my Fitbit didn’t connect at all

This app is way too expensive for what it is. I purchased it by mistake and I feel bad for anyone who actually meant to spend money on it. My steps are always over 1000 off in the sync. It’s also cumbersome and like an app from 2005. Avoid.
Absolute life saver after Fitbit to Google health transition
I had to get my 10+ years of data out of the ecosystem to get it in to Apple health for my Apple Watch data to compile with. I don't know who is the bad actor, Apple or Google, but the data refuses to talk to each other. I'm not a coder so I can't just write scripts myself to get to formatted. Y'all are a life saver. It's not perfect and some fields don't come over but the description says that upfront as its propriety to Google. I got what I needed to finally walk away. Thanks for circumventing an actively hostile user experience. It took a few days to catch up on all my data because of google's api limits. But it did. Thank you thank you thank you.

this app doesn’t work unless you pay, and it doesn’t count your steps or miles, i honestly don’t know what it’s going, cause it doesn’t have a place for miles or steps, when i do push it, it directs me to another app that charges money too? no good app it doesn’t work,
Stopped syncing date and time
The app no longer automatically corrects date and time on my older fitbit. Probably on purpose so I will buy a new device. I won't 🙄😑

Not needed anymore
Fitbit/Google Health now syncs to Apple health so app no longer needed. It’s a waste of my money for something not needed. I paid for the lifetime subscription and used it for 8 months. Thats a lot of money wasted for less than a year of use.
