Not the best
Search function is terrible can never find past workouts, can not change the date from the leaderboard to find a work out. Cannot see your score once it’s submitted need to go into a different screen to see the leader board and can not edit your score from the leaderboard. App is clunky
Unbooking class
I can’t unbook from a class it’s the first time this has happened but if class is full it’s not very good to others

Great App!
After using numerous software management systems over the last decade - all of which were the popular US based ones, it was a refreshing surprise to come across the little Aussie gem that is Again Faster’s Fitbox! An all in one software that does everything well! A super-duper website, member billing/management, lead capture/funnels, email/text automations, appointment calendar plus programming/workout tracking - superb! The team are amazing. So supportive and responsive with any concerns or requests we have. The software/app gets better and better with every update. Then as an added bonus we accumulate Fitbox dollars every month to use on Again Faster equipment and/or other services they provide! Bravo team, so glad we found you. 👏🏼😍

Add feature to view number of classes attended
I’m having trouble tracking the number of classes I attended. I have to click on every single day to check if I attended and tally the classes manually. I’d prefer to have the total number of classes in a month/week/quarter/year. Everything else is great. Thanks!

My gym recently changed to this app, transfer across was pretty seamless and it works, I prob don’t use all the features but it’s easy to book in as u walk in the door late
Heaps good aye
I’ve used gym apps before and they usually only do one thing and do it poorly. This app seems like it’s been designed by a user and not an exec. I can book/cancel sessions without the app shutting down, can message my coaches, can subscribe to my membership in the app instead of driving into some random head office to take to admin, was super easy to sign up for my 8 week challenge and I got my partner on the app when he signed up in like 5 min. So good. Highly recommend

Best gym app I’ve ever used
I love this app. I love the speed at which I can check in and then check out the workout for the day. So easy to navigate. Well done Fitbox!!
Easy to use and no glitches!
Have been using this app for a few months now after changing over from another. It’s great! No glitches yet with everything loading easily and quickly and not freezing (like previous app). It’s so easy to book classes, log results and see previous results. So handy to also be able to book in other events at the gym. Love that the gym now put in the output and what to expect from classes.

Incredible Updates!
These guys have definitely been working through user feedback over the last 12months as it’s the best is has ever been. Great experience using for all my training at my gym ! Keep up what ever you guys are doing !
Getting better and better
Have been using FitBox now for a couple of years and the team at Again Faster have worked really hard on constantly improving the app, it’s great and really helps our gym run smoothly.

So many bugs that don’t seem to get fixed.

App freezes!!!
App freezes every single time if ‘Cancel booking’ selected and turns into blank grey screen. Have to close and restart the app again!!!

Seriously poor
There are so many issues with this app, it’s really not ready to be in production.
The UI is not intuitive at all and the performance is so bad that when you try to navigate to the page you are looking for it take so long to load. The class schedule and booking screen take forever to load or just don’t load and you have to close the app and start again. The class results screen also almost never loads or loads with just some results and not even your own.
If you click a notification it takes you into the app but not the right section and if the notification was about the results screen - that never loads.
I could go on - this should have been thoroughly user tested with all of the standard user journeys for an app like this before release because it’s a seriously terrible experience.
