Don’t waste your money
Don’t waste your money. I had a very bad experience — the food is terrible and the customer service is even worse. They repeatedly deliver meals with missing items and keep promising to send them the next day, but it never happens. For the past three days, the food was delivered without a thermal bag, and on the last day I didn’t even receive my final meal, which they still haven’t provided. You end up paying 60 AED per day for food that’s barely worth 10 AED. Very poor quality and constant excuses, Honestly, I end up throwing away most of the food.

Bad service
Every month I have the same problem with this company - they just decide not to deliver food to you. I purchased 1 month plan with everyday delivery, yesterday they just did it deliver my food and wouldn’t even notify me, they just don’t care
It happens for the 3rd time in a row
Secondly they state in the app that delivery is from 3 pm to 8 pm. Everyday they deliver to me at 10 pm, 11 pm, 12 AM!!! I told the delivery guy please deliver earlier as it stated, he would say it’s because of traffic in your district, I won’t deliver earlier. So they do what they want and just don’t care. Food quality is medium, 50% of the menu is not consumable, bad quality and tasteless
One more thing to mention - they don’t have customer care phone number in the app, so if u have problem u r not able to solve it rapidly.

The worst service and food ever, low quality of food is being offered, a scam by all means. Do not trust them on your health
Poor quality, plastic pieces in the food
I purchased a 20-day meal plan and found plastic in the baked muffins on the 7th day and again in the kale chicken dish on the 11th day. I requested to stop my subscription and refund me for the unused days, but they canceled my subscription and refused to issue a refund. Please be aware that the food is of very poor quality, with plastic found in it. Protect your health and avoid ordering from them.

Very Disappointing Experience
I subscribed to their food plan for one month, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. The food quality was extremely poor — sometimes smelly — which made it hard to eat. In addition, their delivery timings were inflexible, making it very inconvenient

Scam alert ! Dont but their plan
I was absolutely disgusted by the quality of the food. It smelled awful, looked even worse, and every meal was frozen,completely contradicting their claim of a fresh, healthy meal plan. It was so bad, I vomited after the first meal. I contacted customer service right away to cancel, but they refused to refund or stop the rest of the month’s deliveries. It’s unacceptable that a company selling “healthy meals” would serve this kind of garbage and then hide behind rigid policies instead of taking responsibility..

Disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. The food looked nothing like the photos in the menu — poorly presented and unappetizing. Taste was mostly bland and forgettable. Even worse, the delivery bags were dirty and worn out, which raises concerns about hygiene. Definitely not the level of quality I expected. Hope the service improves.

I subscribed to their meal plan and was very disappointed. The food was not tasty at all, and the quality did not match what was promised. On top of that, their customer service is terrible — they don’t respond to messages or feedback. Definitely not recommending.

Scam..
Extremely bad food… you can search other reviews or online about this. No refunds even when you ask them to stop delivery… the smell of rot was coming from those bags and I just had two days and couldn’t even let it in my home any further… rotten vegetables smell is very unique and I am sure it was very bad food. Be aware and please take my advice and don’t do anything with this app that has rebranded 6 times to hide older reviews.

Great App for Healthy Eating
I've tried quite a few meal plan apps, but Fitcal really stands out. The meals are delicious and perfectly portioned. I appreciate the daily delivery right to my door – makes life so much easier. Kudos to the developers for such a fantastic app!
