Terrible

Terrible performance, keeps crashing / shutting down videos while watching recordings. Not great navigation either.
Given fitch charges $20k for their programme, I feel like some money needs to be spent on the app fix.

Unusable app

App keeps refreshing to the main landing page every few seconds. Basically the app is broken and cannot be used. How this was released to production I have no clue.

It keeps restarting home page, I cant get anything. Useless. Support page? Yeah I tried - it leads me to main website - nowhere to get help. Like nobody cares. Program cost is sky high, tech support is poor and worst amongst any online educational programs I ever had.
