Terrible performance, keeps crashing / shutting down videos while watching recordings. Not great navigation either.
Given fitch charges $20k for their programme, I feel like some money needs to be spent on the app fix.

Unusable app
App keeps refreshing to the main landing page every few seconds. Basically the app is broken and cannot be used. How this was released to production I have no clue.
App is dead
It keeps restarting home page, I cant get anything. Useless. Support page? Yeah I tried - it leads me to main website - nowhere to get help. Like nobody cares. Program cost is sky high, tech support is poor and worst amongst any online educational programs I ever had.

Very buggy. Not fixed even when bugs submitted.
Very buggy. The biggest bug is no full screen video playback in airplane mode.
Others include:
- refreshes home page every few seconds so impossible to navigate
- downloaded content expires for no reason even if I am entitled to use it
- very poor navigation in modules once playback started (navigate back?)

Totally unusable
Wonder if there is anyone can use this app? The dashboard keep refreshing every 5 seconds, basically you canโt click anything. And if you act really fast within 5 seconds, and navigate your self into a module, then after 5 seconds when app refreshes you back to your home dashboard
