Very Useful App
The Fitch App makes study so much easier. offline mode is super handy, and I really like new updates.
No x2 speed
The app doesn’t support 2x speed videos which is annoying as the web does.

Can’t even log in, so disappointed! And no one willing to help or resolve it.

Rubbish App
Absolutely shocking app. Never loads or log’s in, constantly says get in touch with the help desk who can’t provide any solutions other than uninstall and reinstall. Log onto the website completely fine

App has the potential to be good… if it ever worked. Support is not on hand, just being told to reset password or redownload, but neither work.

Notwithstanding the fact that I do like the fitch content and have passed exams with their learning, the app is horrendous. It often doesn’t allow you to log in, and when it does, the app will crash often and is extremely buggy.
The app needs a redesign badly. The website is fine for what you need but it would be nice to have a reliable app for learning on the go.

App doesn’t work
When trying to log in to the app I just get a warning message stating they have a problem with the server, no good at all

Can’t log in using the credentials that I use on the website. Re-set option is for the password only, not the username.

Can’t get into it most of the time, despite resetting password over and over. Login works fine on the web portal but this app won’t let me in

Possibly the worst app I’ve ever used
Fitch should be fired. I can’t believe this garbage is what my employer has given me to pass exams that are critical to my career. Extremely disappointed. Fitch, anyone who uses your products and later becomesResponsible for requisitioning e-learning for their institution will immediately fire you! Genuinely poorly. To give you a little bit of detail - the app crashes continually, The exam questions do not fit on the page so you have to guess the answers,It does not save down progress so after each crash you have to start again. What is more the exam questions are displayed in black ink on a charcoal background making them almost impossible to read. It’s extremely irritating to be given such appalling materials.

The amount of money paid to access materials and this is the quality of the app, it is appalling. If you have a choice of another learning provider with a better app, choose the other provider. the app is full of bugs, crashes through practice tests and exams. when you reopen it has lost everything and then you have to start again. Questions do not fit on the screen makes it very inefficient to study.

Can’t download for on the go learning
App doesn’t let you download any of the learning videos or coursework so need to use data to listen to them on the go....ridiculous! Have tried to download many times when with wifi to use at a later date, when walking, commuting etc but this option is dead via this app. Terrible as the whole purpose is to learn on the go

Please fix the bugs.
I updated the app and now the practise questions come up on a split screen and the app errors out and you have to start again. Need this working ASAP
