Phone can’t unbind from previous owner
I bought it from a friend and they deleted the program without doing the unbind so it will not work. I tried it is connected to my Bluetooth but when I try phone it gives me Bluetooth not connected
Won’t pair with watch
This app don’t connect to the watch the barcode scanner won’t work and the Bluetooth won’t work either

I got this smartwatch and when it came I was sooo excited - that didn’t last long . It won’t pair or do anything this app is just a waste of space and i DONT recommend the watch or app I’m telling everyone I know

Why is it every time there’s an update it won’t push the blood pressure data to Apple health ? Don’t buy Alpha watches.

Great watch the only downfall is that you cannot replace the existing built in sports mode for the ones you want. When choosing sports push it always replaces the sport mode in the last slot on the watch. No option to add or remove either on the watch or the APP!
Cant use on right hand
So I have been wearing this on my left wrist (I’m right handed) and love it. The watch faces most are trash but there are like 3-4 that are cool. But I wanted to change it to right hand so it won’t cover up a tattoo on my left wrist. I go to settings on app and choose right hand setting and … nothing. Watch face will not rotate. So that feature just doesn’t work at all. No clue why but that’s a huge design flaw so 1 star is what you get until this is fixed.

Data is not synching with Apple Health. Have turned off and back on... But currently is not worth wearing. Please fix.

Ich habe die Uhr von jemandem geschenkt bekommen, und bin bis jetzt sehr zufrieden. Dennoch würde ich mich freuen, wenn es in der Mitteilung Zentrale nicht nur WhatsApp gäbe, sondern vielleicht auch die App Signal. Viele von meinen Freunden, inklusive Mir, benutzen diese App und es ist sehr schade, dass ich die Mitteilungen nur von der normalen Messenger App und nicht von Signal bekomme. Dennoch ist die Uhr sehr toll und auch die Auswahl der Zifferblätter ist vielseitig.
Ich hoffe, mein Problem wird behoben.

Application à revoir
Avec mon ancienne montre j’étais sur l’application Zepp et je l’a trouvais 1000 fois mieux que celle ci! ici j’aimerais pouvoir avoir toutes les résultats sur l’application jour après jour alors que là aujourd’hui par exemple sur le sommeil je peux voir que ce jour ci. Sur Zepp il y a des courbes etc… ici rien juste des chiffres ce n’est pas correctement lisible.

No connection since update
