Awards
When one wins awards, this app doesnt display all the awards collected. Just the number. Not very encouraging. Sleep tracking not very accurate as it logged 6hrs of deep sleep. Makes me question if the step tracking is accurate or not as well. I did buy the watch for £20 but i expected tracking to be at least acceptable

Not so good
I have a HT33 using FitCloudPro App on a iPhone 12 most of the time it works for steps, heart rate, oxygen , but it only has sync sleep time once, it then will not sync automatically or manually, this needs to be fixed. I heard so many good things about this app even with the rating it has, but this lets you down and lets me done, and before you say about phone settings, the settings are correct.

This is one of the worst. It doesn’t sync up and skips days of data. Very unreliable…. For example my heart rate hasn’t been synced since July, the blood pressure data skips syncing every 3 days … then it’s good for a few days then doesn’t synch for 2 to 3 days even tho I manually initiate a synch and it says it has synched and is up to date

Message Issues
For some reason, even though I have my language set on English, my text messages keep coming out in Chinese and it’s annoying because I don’t know how to fix it.
Great watch
The watch performs exactly as it should except the weather is never correct. The font size used in the menus could be larger, especially the text in gray on the right side. It is so small that I struggle even with my reading glasses on.

Absolute trash, complete waste of money. Does not want to connect to Bluetooth even with updated version of app, even with phone saying it’s connected, can’t even get the date right. It’s basically useless, does nothing accurately except maybe count steps. ANY other option is better than this. Horrible product.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE
This is the absolute worst app I’ve ever used - period. Not just smart device apps. ALL apps, this is the worst. Never syncs, half the time it won’t even allow you to manually sync. Information provided is wrong, if you can even get it to measure. This app is the suggested app for my smartwatch. It’s just a HORRIBLE app!!

Doesn’t work. Sign in or register doesn’t work. Uses cm and kilos not inches/pounds. Hate this. Returning the product that uses this app!
Not great
Watch doesn’t sync automatically when you open the app. Battery life is fantastic! I’ve had it about a month and only on my 3rd charge… since the update though I can’t get it to charge anymore. Not sure what to do about that, probably die soon and go in the pile of other useless “smart” watches. Wish there was more watch faces or ways to personalize them. Can’t see some of the features if the font is the same color as the background 🤦🏽♂️ Not at all worth the $70 retail price imo.

Bluetooth and weather
Regardless of what I do, the weather isn’t displaying on my watch! Worse, there’s no way to figure out how to reconnect the watch via Bluetooth since it shows disconnected but when I clicks disconnect, I suddenly get the message “disconnected from phone!” WTF
Not worth your time
Worked great for a month then battery would only last for 5 days then it wouldn’t connect. I bought a cheap one and got what I paid for.

Not intuitive or customisable
If you are coming from an Apple Watch you will hate this. Can’t customise watch the face, have multiple time zones or sync contacts. It’s very clunky with poor customisation.

Вроде все работает более менее, но русский язык местами не русский , смена обоев на часах , то ещё приключение, так как больше половины выдаёт ошибку , и ладно бы только с теми которые были , так попал под раздачу и тот циферблат где можно делать свой фон
It’s alright, but…
Wouldn’t heart having more setting option such as changing the phone application’s theme colour. The colour they use hurts my brain (neurodivergence user) and I would be glad being able to change it to anything but yellow.
The other extra I really miss is to add activity type to the list the watch has that I use with the app. There are plenty of options but not in the watch’s menu, nor in the app itself options to add activities or sports, like H.I.I.T, boxing or weightlifting.
