Losing function, ignored feedback!
This app is supposed to record blood pressure 02 and pulse. Along with sleep. First, the O2 quit working and no longer wants to transfer to the Health app. Now the blood pressure one quit recording to the Health app. It seems to be getting worse every time there is an update on the iOS.
Update: after installing iOS 26.1 most of the app disappears and none of the information is recording over into the Apple health app! It’s getting to the point where it’s time to buy a different watch.
And if you want support for the app, it sends you to a sales website!
In other words, no support!
I installed the new update, which was Supposed to take care of issues with the software. None of the items that I had issues with got corrected. It’s still the same most of the items don’t work.

Sport mode sucks
I would love this app but it has a major fault. For a FITNESS app why is there no way to add more than one additional sport at a time? Why give 8 preset modes and only give one spot for additional sport modes? I use maybe 1 preset and each time I add/change my sport the ones I use are deleted to make room for the new one. Why not have 4 presets and 5 that can be changed or better yet let us add only the sport modes we use. It is also a waste of time to always have to scroll to the bottom to get to the desired mode.

I am very pleased with this watch. It has all the functions that I need. Great quality!
takes forever to save
The app needs fixing. Results are never current and usually old by many hours. Although when you make it update to now, it shows syncing to be fast, it takes a long time to save, usually hours. In Health, it’s always hours out of date.
Then it t completely stopped loading to iphone Health. The last update of BP was over a month ago.

I have had my watch for a while now and it is wearing down. It is had to keep the connection on to charge the watch. How do I get another one.

Great beach backup for an Apple Watch, with high tech value
I bought this smartwatch specifically to wear at the beach so I could leave my much more expensive Apple Watch safely at home. It pairs smoothly with my iPhone using this app, and overall, it’s a great budget-friendly alternative.
A few thoughts on the features:
Watch Faces: You can easily change the faces through the app, which is a great feature. It would be even better if there were more options to fully customize them, but it's still a nice highlight.
Contact Card Feature: The "Your Contact Card" feature has a lot of potential, but it needs improvement. I would love to see it allow for actual digital contact card exchanges, or at the very least, a quick link to a LinkedIn profile.
Overall, this watch really showcases the impressive value of modern Chinese tech—very similar to what they’ve done with the electric bike market. It packs a lot of functionality into an affordable package and does exactly what I need it to do.

It is good and comfortable
Weather
Weather function is terrible, the app has access to location services so should be able to update weather constantly and send alerts, it doesn’t. If I don’t go into the app and update weather myself it will tell me the weather hasn’t changed for a week. Have seen the same complaints and nothing has been fixed.

Watch faces stopped working
As of the last update my downloaded watch faces no longer send to watch without failing. It even deleted the face i have been using for month in the process. I have tried resetting the watch and reinstalling the app. Still, it will not work anymore. It worked perfectly before. Please fix this ASAP as the 4 default faces are really awful.

Could be better
This may be the watch but I cannot change from the American date order, which for me is totally confusing as I’m from England. It would be better if we could change the date layout. Other than that I don’t have many issues.
Marginal at best
When this app syncs with my iPhone, it prevents audio from playing through my Tozo earbuds. Instead it plays out the back of the watch. So the music app is garbage. This means I can’t exercise and listen to music at the same time. There is no setting I can find to change it.
As others have mentioned, the weather is only accurate if you log on and force it to update.
They sickly orange and white background makes the tiny light grey letters nearly impossible to read. It really won’t use more ink to darken it enough to create some contrast.
Good attempt but short of actually useful.
