Sleep tracking sucks

I wanted a fitness watch for 2 main reasons. Step counting and sleep tracking. The steps seem to be accurate compared to both my Apple Health app and my treadmill. But the sleep tracking? It’s saying yesterday I slept until 11:53AM even though it recorded my 877 steps to work between 9:00-10:00AM?? Another session it recorded was for 11:30AM-3:52PM, again, while I was at work.

Trying to log in is terrible

Despite disabling calls my IDW19 watch still takes over my phone when I make or receive a call. It causes my in-car hands free not to work ! I clicked on app support and all that was was an advertisement for other watches. I am so frustrated. I do not want the watch to take or receive calls as it takes over my phone. A call will come in and I answer it on my phone then it trips to my watch. Some calls I want to make by phone also calls on speaker phone are taken over by my watch. I am so frustrated and there appears to be NO SUPPORT

Updates not available

I have had the watch about six months and updates have just stopped working. Very frustrating guess I am going to invest in a different watch now

Syncing issues

I like the app, but since getting a new phone it’s inactive and no longer syncs.

Readings stopped working

Loved it at first. As soon as I opted in for the monthly service, which somehow signed me up for the yearly, most of the readings stopped working. Every time I charge it, the watch reset and I would have to redownload the app and repair the watch for it connect again. Whether or not I did the latter, I would need to reset all my settings all over again. This is now a once a week thing.

Again, I love the functionality, the readings, the stress meter but once that all stops registering, it counts steps only and isn’t worth the $4.99/month I opted in for but now the $32.99/year I ended up somehow opted into.
