Doesn’t keep workout logs
I really like the watch and all the different utilities and I got it specifically for workouts. However I will go for a run and it will show it in the log for the day but then a day or two later the log of my run disappears. It doesn’t always happen every but it happens frequently so there are huge gaps in my run log and it would be extremely helpful if I could look back on them to see how I am progressing. I’ve had to start using a different app for tracking on top of this one just so I can see my time during the run which shouldn’t be the case. It also doesn’t track distances consistently, I run the same loop every time but I hit mile markers at different points every time. Other than that I love the screen saver options and the heart rate monitor on my runs so I can see if my effort is becoming more efficient. I get it’s a $35 watch so you get what you get but this is clearly a software issue with the app. Thank you!

The watch works reasonably well. Battery DOES NOT last a week. Must charge this daily.
The WORST part is the APP itself is normally down. It’s definitely difficult to pair with an APP that’s down because of their network.

My watch has held up for a year now! Very high quality, I just wish that we could customize our own wallpapers more, like different fonts for the time, additional addons, etc. and maybe more themes for the watch itself please? Thank you!!
Forced me to download strava to keep recording my steps
This app is a bit clunky, something i rank 4/5 stars, but then a month ago it forced me to download strava and make an account or it wouldn't record my steps and other data. Even my health record is missing the steps i took yesterday before i downloaded strava to make a new account!

Too many problems
The latest update causes my watch light to come on with the time 100,000 times a day especially when I’m sleeping which wakes me up and, today I did major walking. I did probably almost 4000 steps and they’ve got me so low telling me I need to walk more so I guess because this watch turns on all the time and I get phone calls trying to come through it, which I don’t want that it uses too much of the power whatever you call it in the freaking watch so it uses too much of it and again I had to charge it right in the middle of me walking back from my huge major walk today where my feet were so bad and swollen and I had to come home and put them up so somethings wrong then Nice said they got it fixed. I really counted on this Watch being a great help to me. C’est la vie.

Sad the pool
Sad the pool exercise is gone only reason why I got this watch now it’s not showing all the exercises on the screen only showing outdoor running have keep opening the app to change exercise options.. I wish they bring back the pool exercise back tho🥹

Can’t get to sync my phone with my watch because it won’t take the password even though it shows it in the pass key and it won’t let me change the password either

Very slow
App is super slow and takes forever to update the information from the watch to the app. Not impressed at all. I’ve had other watches like this and they update right away. This one is by far the worst
