The software now crashes all the time
Very Glitchy and not very accurate
I’ve had this product for about a year. As far as a functional watch it works fine. However the sensors collecting health data are sketchy at best. Some data is very inflated while others barely register at all. As far as the device goes, it’s more of a novelty than anything else.

VeryFit is quite good but It has its flaws
I gave it 4 out of 5 stars because it is quite easy to connect and do what ever you need to but it does disconnect from the watch a lot.But overall I do really like this app.
New update crashes app
The new update crashes when opening the stats or trying to synchronize watch with app phase please fix asap
Recent update
Have just updated the app with the recent update and now the app is not working. It opens and then immediately shuts down.

I cannot change the custom face o on my watch anymore. I was able to before, I hope this can be fixed!

I can’t believe how good this watch is. Who needs an apple watch when you can pay a much much less! I thought it would be rubbish as it only cost £25.
Terrible!!! Don’t like.
Can’t rest and repair my device. Keep getting wrenches and negative numbers meaning it’s not pairing. I reset the device, repaired, restarted, reinstalled the app and it’s not working. I’ve used this app and watch for years. So annoyed. And worse, i want to sync with VeryFitPro and it won’t give me the option to reset my password. Horrible experience.

I like the sleep monitoring and tracking of steps but I can’t answer calls or respond to texts. Now, my watch won’t charge.

I have to admit that I’m a bit spoiled from having an eye watch for many years. I just got tired of having to charge it up every day.
well, I really like this smart watch, I’m disappointed with a couple things. The biggest is that the sleep function will occasionally just stop monitoring sleep if I wake up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. It will simply just stop tracking at 3 AM and give me a sleep score and I have no idea how to adjust this.
Another quirky feature is that the stopwatch has to be continually accessed if you want to check on status once you start it. If you turn your wrist down, you literally have to go through two more moves. To bring the stopwatch back. Obviously, if you’re using a stopwatch, you wanna be able to monitor continuously. Maybe this can be fixed with software updates.

Sucks I got one call doesn’t work i tried time it was wrong and in military time this thing just sucks go for a Apple Watch or Samsung

Nice watch
Loving the watch and the app but I tried to enlarge the Home Screen and now it looks like this. I can’t get it back to normal. Anyone know how to get it back please.

Zero customer support on the app. Customer AI takes you to a page that doesn’t even have support anymore. Call disabling not working right, still getting calls on my watch. Good at first but now problems all the time and features that sometimes work sometimes don’t.
