About

FitData AI turns your Health workouts into clear training insight — fitness, fatigue, and form — on iPhone, iPad, and Mac. On-Device Athletic Intelligence: • Cardiac drift and aerobic decoupling detection (heart rate vs. power/pace) • Rolling sliding-window best pace analytics and split highlighting • Transparent performance management modeling (CTL / ATL / TSB) • Data quality auditing for incomplete samples and duplicate workouts • Optional On-Device Summary of recent training on iOS 26 or later, checked against FitData’s own numbers Browse your workout history with maps and interactive charts. Export individual or selected workouts as FIT, GPX, CSV, or Markdown through the system Share Sheet. Mac: Health data is available directly on iPhone and iPad. On Mac, open a FitData archive sent from those devices using AirDrop or Files. Archives are updated manually and kept on your Mac; there is no automatic cloud sync. Sample Data Included: Try the app immediately with realistic running and cycling activities even without prior Health history. No account. No subscription. FitData processes Health data entirely on your device. Files leave your device only when you choose to export and share them. Apple ecosystem only — no third-party fitness vendor sync. Medical Disclaimer: FitData provides retrospective training load analysis, fitness metrics, and performance models for athletic reference and personal tracking only. FitData does not provide medical diagnoses, treatment advice, or workout prescriptions. Always seek a doctor’s advice in addition to using this app and before making any medical decisions.

What's New in FitData AI

1.9.1

October 18, 2026

• Batch exports preserve pauses and segments even when a workout has no route or sensor samples. • Universal FitData: iPhone, iPad, iPhone Duo, and Mac with adaptive navigation and landscape layouts. • Move your workouts to Mac with a FitData archive through AirDrop or Files; review charts, compare training, and export locally. • Archives retain available routes, samples, workout structure, training profile, gear, and duplicate decisions; GPS redaction follows Export Privacy. • Compare training periods and 2–4 workouts, inspect repeated routes, and resolve duplicate recordings. • Ask About Your Training uses the on-device model with read-only tools and checks every number. • Optional on-device Spotlight indexing, workout Shortcuts, Health workout zones on iOS 27, and paused-workout export support.
