About

Stop guessing. Train like an Olympic team programs its season. Fitenome is a science-first strength and nutrition coach. It writes you a real periodized plan — not a template — and rewrites it every week based on the load you actually moved and how recovered you actually are. WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT Most lifting apps are loggers with a workout library on top. Fitenome is a coaching engine. It runs the same models sports scientists and elite S&C coaches use: Banister fitness–fatigue, ACWR load monitoring, ATR block periodization, RPE/RIR autoregulation, MEV → MAV → MRV volume landmarks, automatic deload, and intelligent exercise substitution. You don't need to learn any of that. You answer three sliders (sleep, soreness, mood), log your sets, and the plan adapts. TRAINING • A full mesocycle, not a single workout. Volume, intensity and frequency move together across blocks. • Per-muscle readiness. The app knows your chest is fried even if your legs are fresh. • Auto-regulation by RPE/RIR. The next set is recommended from the one you just did. • Smart substitution. Equipment missing or joint complaining? Get a same-pattern swap that respects the stimulus. • Automatic deload when your ACWR or fatigue says so — not on a fixed calendar. • Rest-timer that adjusts to the load, not a default 90 seconds for everything. NUTRITION THAT MATCHES YOUR BLOCK You don't eat the same in an accumulation week as in a realization week. Fitenome recalculates calories, protein, carbs and fat as your mesocycle advances, and lays out a daily meal plan with quantities for breakfast, pre, lunch, post, snacks and dinner. Macros are anchored to your anthropometry and updated from weekly measurements. WHAT YOU GET • A 12-month macro plan generated for your goals, schedule and history. • A microcycle that re-plans itself every week. • Live in-session screen: sets, reps, RPE in two taps. • Daily readiness check-in that actually changes today's session. • Anthropometry tracking that feeds back into the engine. • Available in English and Spanish. PREMIUM Fitenome Premium unlocks the full generated yearly plan with MAXIMUM, weekly microcycle regeneration, and the adaptive nutrition layer. Monthly and annual subscriptions available. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewals are charged through your Apple ID. You can manage or cancel any time in your Apple ID Subscriptions settings. WHO IT'S FOR • Lifters tired of generic 5x5 templates. • Intermediates and advanced trainees who already feel diminishing returns. • People who train hard and want their plan to recover them on purpose, not by accident. • Coaches and curious learners who actually want to see RPE, MEV and ACWR working under the hood. WHO IT'S NOT FOR If you want a casual logger or social feed, there are good free apps for that. Fitenome assumes you want to progress and that you're willing to log the work so the engine can do its job. PRIVACY Your training data is yours. Used to build your plan, never sold. Account deletion is one tap and wipes your data. Terms of Use (EULA): https://fitenome.com/eula-en Privacy Policy: https://fitenome.com/privacy-en The science doesn't change. Now your plan doesn't either — it adapts.
