What's New in Gym Workout Tracker by Lean

1.4.9

August 13, 2026

Meet Lean Trainer, the fastest way to get a real training plan. • Answer a few questions about your goal, your experience, where you train and how many days you have. Lean Trainer builds your week around your answers. • Every option now shows you what it means, so you choose with your eyes instead of guessing from a word. • Training outdoors or at a park is now a place of its own, with bodyweight exercises picked for it. • Emphasis on a muscle group: pick up to two and they get a real slot in the session. • Sign your commitment before the plan starts. It is a ritual, not paperwork. • A proper confirmation screen after you subscribe, instead of a plain alert. • Fixes across the plan flow, including the training place showing up wrong in your plan summary. Questions or ideas? Open Settings and tap Need help or any feedback to talk to me directly.
