Black screen is all I see.

It's been many months since I've used this because I had a hip replaced and a frozen shoulder. I am at it again and tried to use the app today and it'a a black screen. I deleted and downloaded again to see if that would fix it - still a black screen. E-mailed the company hope they fix it, I love the 8 min shorts and they would be perfect right now to get back into it.

The app is pretty awful
The physical product, the steal hoses, are a great idea, I bought them all. The delivery on/of this app is reminiscent of the 1990’s at best. The production quality, how navigable the app is, trying to find a comprehensive list of exercises (hint: it doesn’t exist on the app), video/program names that make sense: “Fire” “Soul” “Birthday Blues” what???? What about “Upper Body” “Lower Body” “Total Body”, anything that remotely makes sense. Clicking each video is like playing Russian Roulette as far as what you’re going to be getting. I’m so irritated at the lack of quality I feel like a theft of services was committed to get my one monthly payment (I unsubscribed very quickly after an honest attempt at stumbling around the platform). I’ll figure out how to use the steal hoses on my own.

Sarah’s new freight program is amazing! She has taught me how to move correctly using the loaded movement system-I feel much better.
Awesome programming
Love using the workouts in this app with my Steelhose. It’s user friendly and provides lots of options for different types of workouts. I also like that I can make my own programs with the movement library when I’m feeling more creative!
