FITGMR Customer Support Experience
The customer support for users of the FITGMR App is amazing. There was recently and update to the FITGMR App. My son and I are going through this app process and program together and his connection to the app was not affected at all, but mine was. I was disconnected from the app, and no matter how I tried I was unable to reconnect to my app account. I reached out for assistance and was first connected with one of their leaders in Southern California, who then connected me to one of their technical support leaders. The technical support professional, who assisted me was very helpful. He worked very hard to help identify what particular bug was affecting my phone and was complicating the app from working properly. He went over and beyond the call of what my normal customer service experience would’ve ever been and everything is working as it should be. I am truly grateful for the patients and ability of the FITGMR team to resolve my technical problems. Thank you

App Doesn’t Work 100% and No Support
I downloaded this app after getting a year subscription because the concept intrigued me. After loading in to the app and trying to start the “Getting Started” video playlist, that you must complete before you can access any other videos btw, the videos will not appear. It is a blank screen. The only way I have found to get the videos to appear was after filling uninstalling the app, redownloading it, and then logging in again. Even then, after a video or two, it goes right back to that blank screen. I sent an email to support on Oct 31 to try and maybe see if they knew of the issue or if there was something that can be done about it and I have not received any kind of response.

Pro Subscription only
App only offers access with a Pro subscription for $9.99/month. Nowhere in the app description does it say Pro is required and makes it sound like Pro just gets you access to more features. Very misleading.
