I received a FXT Fila x platform Pilates set as a Christmas gift, with 30 day Fitgram trial card. Was keen to jump on and find tutorials on how to actually use the gear, but this app does not work… disappointing.

Was so exited to be able to exercise with my new birthday present, so I set it up and, I kid you not I sat there for two hours waiting for it to load. Also it didn’t let me use the 30 day card thing. Not impressed.

Every time you try to make an account it will just do nothing even if u try to login in it just stops you from entering every time you try to contact them it says error .I would rate this zero stars if I could!!!

I cannot get the app to work!!
I tried several times to start the free trial and it just goes around and around in circles loading. I got a free 30 day trial when I bought a yoga mat and I can’t even use it! Went to your “website” you can’t even report an issue there it says something went wrong! Yeah something has gone wrong with this whole business! I did one star because there isn’t the option to do none.
