This company rolls out “features” and then doesn’t tell small business they’re being charged extra. Taking advantage of others is horrible ethics

The app does not update class rosters in time. App randomly logs me off then back on. Scheduled classed are not showing up. Customer service is not helpful. They make it seems like they are staying in touch, but just asks questions. So far have resolved nothing. Just strings of question that lead to another question, without any resolution. Yikes

Do not use
Frequent glitches in this software, very time consuming to set up, not helpful, and a waste of money. Studios can just send zoom links on their own, which will be more reliable. Also, when there’s a glitch there’s no one available to assist.
This company is a scam. They change your plan mid-way through your billing cycle so that you are forced to upgrade and pay more.
