The trends stopped working
I like it
I’m keeping an eye or two on my health, most recently, and having this scale is going to be great organizing it all. Weight loss at a glance, I’m all for it. I think I’m going to like it a lot!!
Great app! Just needs a few minor tweaks
This is an amazing app. I love the tracker and how you can select progress from a specific date. The trends tab is very useful but i do have some suggestions.
If they could add a way to make the trends tab have equal spacing between points that would be perfect. Like, if the trends tab was an actual graph it would be exceptional. Also, if it could display your maintenance calories that would be awesome.
Side note: the lack of ads or a subscription is a very nice thing to have, not to mention the lack of marketing emails that most apps send you. Both of those are becoming more and more common nowadays and this app is like a breath of fresh air.

Can’t see trends with latest update
I’ve used this app happily without issues for years. With the latest update, the “trends” feature where you can see history is grayed out and no longer available. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times. It came back once and went away again. What is the point of the app if you can’t see historical trends? Hope they get this fixed, I’m on iPhone iOS 26.5.

Not Dependable
This scale has not been dependable at all! Every time I have used it, I have to go in and go through the whole connection process again.
Easy
This app and scale connect quickly and sync to my Fitbit and Apple health with ease
Garbage
Took 24 hours for app to finally let me create an account after telling me for an entire day it couldn’t connect to the server in order for me to finally be able to create an account. When it finally did let me create an account, the scale wouldn’t calibrate to 0.0. The scale would set to 0.6lbs no matter where I put it on my floor. I tried taking the batteries out and putting them back in. I read the manual. Nothing would calibrate the scale to 0.0lbs and it would only go to 0.6lbs. Not even worth sending it back for a refund or exchange. Threw it right in the dumpster. Between the app server and the scale that was enough for me. Garbage.

Working great
I can’t remember the last time it showed anything other than my weight. Nothing else works on it. Also, every time I weigh myself, it asks is this you. I have another scale. That’s much better than this one. Waste of money.
Just an update the people in charge got back to me and told me what I was doing wrong and the scale is working perfectly now. I’m glad I reached out to them and got some help.

Doesn’t work at all

Two Time Loser
Had my first Fitindex for 3 years and worked ok as long as my phone wasn’t locked. It gave out so I bought a second and I could never get it to connect with WiFi or Bluetooth. Guess I’m a slow learner as I bought a second just assuming I got a bad one. Now I have two that I cannot get connected to WiFi or my phone by Bluetooth. Second one takes 45 secs after stepping on it to even wake up. If it wasn’t for my 3 years of history I’d already switched but I guess the time has come. Buyer beware.

Apple Watch never shows measuring complete on F-MCS01
I was able to use my Apple Watch to take measurements on my older FITINDEX scales. With the new one the Apple Watch app never she’s measurements complete. It’s does end up synching the results to my phone It seems the UI for the watch app hasn’t been updated for the newer scales which is disappointing considering how much I paid for it

Overall good, but needs UX work
Overall functions well with my scale and measurement device. However, the interface regardless of theme has needed both modernizing and especially changes in, at the least, text size. It's so small and blends way too easily. Light gray on white and tiny isn't a good mix.
Not accurate
I am in the healthy range on all my stats yet it still shows obese icon! Not funny. It doesn’t say my accurate height so I can’t rely on its analysis. Waste of money.
Great data and easy
I love the scale out. They worked great. They’re just as accurate as any other biometric scale I’ve ever used. Don’t distrust the numbers themselves, though, mostly this is just a tool for watching trends. If the numbers are going down and you’re trying to lose, then you’re good. Outside of weight, it’s not really accurate, but it’s still good for watching trends.
The only feature I wish this really had that it’s lacking is some kind of export. It’d be great if I could export it to JSON or CSV or something. It would be good to be able to back up the data, or be able to use it in other tools. And export would allow these.

LOVE
THIS IS GREAT
Not user friendly
Love the layout but the app and my Apple Watch don't sync up with the same data. More importantly your interface doesn't work for color blind people. Sure I can change the theme color but the measurements are in such light colors it's hard to read. Soooo frustrating
failed interval fix
on the chart each data input has the same amount of space apart rather than going by amount of time. really stupid. that’s like the point of having this app, all i use it for yet renders it useless and inaccurate. I saw a review addressing this from a year ago and the developer said they would look into it….well it’s not fixed

Black dark mode please.
Can we get a dark mode for this app? It’s too bright and would be nice to view stats at night.
Ratings are old why?
I just received my scale today. Trying to set up. Having a hard time. Why aren’t there any new up to date ratings? That is a little puzzling.
Unable to set up
Downloaded the app, put in password, directed to privacy policy, never able to finish setting up account. Can’t login, I’m unknown but my email address is now used. Help. I’d like to use these body scales I just purchased. Thank you.
