What's New in FitKit Pro

3.5

September 14, 2026

Playlist Improvements • Smoother exercise flow — After the recovery countdown between exercises, the next exercise now launches automatically and begins its countdown sequence. No more tapping to continue. • Easier exercise editing — A redesigned pill button at the bottom of running exercises gives you quick access to edit parameters, name, and notes. For Timer exercises (which have no separate settings screen), the pill goes directly to Name & Notes editing. • Duplicate exercises — Long-press the "…" menu on any exercise in the Playlist editor to duplicate it. The copy appears immediately below with the name "Copy of [original]" and all the same parameters — media is not copied. • Exercise name shown while editing — When you open a playlist step to edit its settings, the exercise name now appears below the "UPDATE PLAYLIST" button so you always know which step you're updating. • Live Activity now shows "PLAYLIST" — While running a playlist, the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island now display "Playlist" as the session type instead of the individual tool name (e.g., "Timer"). The exercise name continues to appear below it. • Share Playlist updated — The Share Playlist sheet now clearly describes which apps can send and receive playlists (RehabKit and FitKit Pro). Bug Fixes • Fixed an issue with the Playlist reminder notification widget display.

Amazing useful app

I have been able to use this app so much in clinic. I enjoy the easy navigation and motivating “well dones”. Super great app, definitely recommend!

Perfect

Perfect for what I was needing it for.

CrossFit and ALL AROUND fitness GO-TO timer

I LOVE this timer! I use it for CrossFit (heavy lifting & WODs), stationary biking and rowing-there are so many options and uses for this app. The metronome helps to keep me focused and allows me to pick up my pace when I start slacking. HUGE FEATURE: It doesn't go dark while running AND you can hear the metronome when switching to another app screen 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

All you need in the gym!

As a competitive powerlifter, I’m frequently doing tempo training during my hypertrophy blocks. The tempo tool built into FitKit Pro works PERFECTLY for this! I also love the 1RM Calculator for accurate calculation of my predicted 1RM.
