Installation was ok, but….
Installation of app and setting up an account to make and receive payments went all fine. I couldn’t find the event I was wanting to sell tickets for and started a chat within the app. It’s now days later and nobody has come back to me yet. I have serious doubts anyone actually uses the app.
Scammed :(
Bought a Hyrox ticket last night and was charged $317. I was never provided a ticket and can’t get ahold of customer service.

I have purchased now 2 HYROX races using this app. It’s been easy to use and get the tickets transferred over to me. I am hesitant to buy the tickets any other way for fear of being scammed. It’s been a great resource for races that I missed the initial sign up for.
Don’t Trust This App. They Refuse to Payout Funds
Platform will take your ticket and sell it but then refuse to payout the funds from the Stripe account. They have stopped responding to my messages on support. Would not trust this app for any transactions

They are not responding to ticket requests. Used to like the service , now it’s done.
