Don’t Trust This App. They Refuse to Payout Funds
Platform will take your ticket and sell it but then refuse to payout the funds from the Stripe account. They have stopped responding to my messages on support. Would not trust this app for any transactions
Very unreliable
They are not responding to ticket requests. Used to like the service , now it’s done.
Buggy app, terrible customer support
Good concept but pretty poorly built. For example to register as a seller their flow through Stripe didn’t work. Support eventually got it through, but it was a hassle messaging them and waiting days for a brief reply with terrible grammar.
And when I asked to change the price of my ticket that had been on sale for a week (it took several reminders until they responded) they then tell me just a day before the event I’m selling my ticket for that the ticket actually can’t be sold on their platform.
Will not be using this again.

Scam do not bother
This app is a scam. Nothing works. No tickets will actually ever get transferred. Customer service is just one jerk texting from his phone making vial comments when he feels like responding.
Useless
They don’t react to requests. My verification was never completed… I don’t know what the purpose of this app is…
Joke of a platform
They will refuse to list your legitimate tickets even with proof that you can transfer them
Complete waste of time
I tried this app for about 2 weeks to sell my Hyrox tickets. Problem is I couldn’t even get the ticket onto the site. They want you to have a Stripe Connect account, but the page would never load to connect the account. Every time I tried to login and connect the Stripe account it would say “The operation timed out or was cancelled” for a week. Customer service chat didn’t have an answer. So I just posted it on IG and it sold in like a day or two, easy. Sold it to a Scottish dude (I’m in the US) and we used PayPal … like most marketplaces worldwide. The linking of the Stripe account was dumb when PayPal exists and is easy to use.

Useless now
Hyrox has changed their approach to secondhand tickets, so this app is irrelevant. I paid for the premium subscription to make a wishlist and nothing ever came from it—complete waste of money.

These people scam you into the wrong category then say it’s your fault, and the change the advertising when confronted 😏😏

Be very careful using these. I bought a ticket on the app and then decided to resell. Turns out there was an issue with ticket and they decided to pin the blame on me. Not sure if this is happening to anyone else but if you’re going to use these I’d recommend paying with a card that has chargeback

Bought and sold tickets here. Customer service is very helpful and seamless transactions.
SCAM!
When you purchase tickets then can decided to take them back, refund you and they resell for more. They are never really your tickets until the race is complete. Be careful! Hyrox NYC is in high demand, so high that after I purchased a ticket for myself, I get refunded and told it’s going to be listed for more money. Bogus!

WORST SELLING SYSTEM AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
They dont even reply to messages when there is an issue trying to upload the tickets to sell them. They never reply.
Rude customer service
I purchased the wish list because I wanted to set up spectator ticket alerts not realizing in the T&C they don’t sell those. I politely requested a refund. The customer service agent was super rude and unprofessional. They told me that I should learn to read to T&C. Mistakes happen but no need for someone like that to be in customer service.

Game changer
I love that someone stepped in and made an app like this. I’ve now bought or sold tickets through Rox Tickets 4 times (after almost getting ripped off in a Facebook group). Getting paid can be a bit tricky since payments are done through Revolut or another payment app, but I always received my money after the sales. The people running this app really are doing a good job overall and their services are greatly appreciated!

Easy to use
Great experience with the app. I downloaded it a day ago and 24 hours my Doubles tickets were sold. Huge relief because it was last minute - race is in 8 days! its not the amazon app but gets the job done for a niche market.

Horrible
This is honestly one of the worst apps I have ever used. When you try to buy a ticket the app glitches and their customer service is some guy that responds every few days if that. I’ve had this app for almost 3 months now in attempt to find a ticket for a specific event, and no luck at all. Would suggest using another platform to buy if you’re looking for a Hyrox ticket!
