Pathetic performance during the race
This is my mom’s 27th marathon. This app is by far the worst I’ve ever used. Wrong tracking info throughout the race. Constantly changing her info. How are you showing her at mile 24 then showing her at mile 13? Why is she approaching the 5k and you’re saying she’s waiting to start. Just like the expo, everything about this app and marathon organization is a mess.

Tracker is broken
The I’m built tracker is horrid, it was tracking a completely different athletic and had me running around the entire city lost. Continued to reconnect and the athlete I was tracking would be back at previous locations. It also showed that they completed the 42km about 20minutes earlier than they actually finished.

Didn’t work at all
Tried to use app to follow family member during 2025 Sydney Marathon. Couldn’t get app to work at all, no results when searching for runners, server connect errors.
Removed & reinstalled app, reset phone, still wouldn’t work. Was ok in 2024
