Pathetic performance during the race
This is my mom’s 27th marathon. This app is by far the worst I’ve ever used. Wrong tracking info throughout the race. Constantly changing her info. How are you showing her at mile 24 then showing her at mile 13? Why is she approaching the 5k and you’re saying she’s waiting to start. Just like the expo, everything about this app and marathon organization is a mess.

Tracker is broken
The I’m built tracker is horrid, it was tracking a completely different athletic and had me running around the entire city lost. Continued to reconnect and the athlete I was tracking would be back at previous locations. It also showed that they completed the 42km about 20minutes earlier than they actually finished.

Didn’t work at all
Tried to use app to follow family member during 2025 Sydney Marathon. Couldn’t get app to work at all, no results when searching for runners, server connect errors.
Removed & reinstalled app, reset phone, still wouldn’t work. Was ok in 2024

Wanted to follow my wife for the Sydney Marathon and was never able to follow her. Kept on saying server error. Well done!

1.5 hours into today’s Sydney marathon and the app says there are no athletes to track and when type on friends number code nothing comes up.

This app is horrible - can’t even see any live tracking on race day!!
Crashed app
Downloaded the app was able to find my niece and received a count down timer to start of race. 2025 Sydney marathon. Once race started information lost. Repeatedly received server error, could not search athletes, deleted app and started over, still not working. Highly disappointed

Search icon is almost invisible
Hey dev team. Just a heads up, the color contrast of the search icon on the app is very low, almost invisible against de background. It took me a while to find it.
Sign up to sportid?
What happened to race roster? Stop making me sign up to every single sport company on the planet. Why do I need to sign up to this??
