Best fitness product hands down!
I got FitLift after getting injured. I figured I needs to fix my form but didn’t want to pay for a trainer. I got a FitLift wearable which tells me if my form is correct or not so I can save on not having to pay for a trainer. This app tracks my reps, sets, and my form so I don’t get injured again. I highly recommend this product!
