I can’t tell you how much I love Fitlights. I use them with all my clients from athletes to general population. They are a hot commodity. Great tool to have for improving your mind body connection. I love to use the FitLight to simulate game-like situations, reaction, quick decision-making to fun core exercises and more. You will not be disappointed buying these lights!

The system does not work properly

Right idea awful execution
It use to work, wi-fi always cuts off. Ever since they upgraded the app the device barely works. Consider other brands.great idea awful execution.
Great technology, terrible software bugs
I had the generation 5, years ago (fitlight with tablet). It worked fine. They moved to the app and have rendered the technology useless. The fitlights wifi constantly drops connection. Even the most simple exercise you make causes the app to crash. You can no longer film your exercises with it. It’s an expensive system but has the worst software. Save your money DO NOT BUY THE NEW SYSTEM ! Find an older version to buy and make sure it comes with a tablet. They try there best to fix the bugs but, it usually makes it worse.

I absolutely love these lights, makes working out very interactive for my clients and helps them to react quickly. I love all the different activities I can do with these lights.
