About

FitMark is a strength training tracker for serious lifters. Open the app at the gym, see today's planned exercises with the weights and reps you hit last time, and log a completed set in one or two taps. Everything stays on your iPhone — no account, no sign-up, no cloud sync. Plan your program • Build weekly training programs with exercises assigned to specific weekdays and times. • Pick from a built-in library of starter plans: Push/Pull/Legs, Upper/Lower, Full Body 3-Day. • Choose from 750+ curated exercises across 30+ equipment types — barbell, dumbbell, cable, machine, bands, bodyweight, and more. • Set target sets, reps, weight, or duration per exercise. Time-based sets are fully supported for cardio and isometric work like planks and farmer's carries. Log at the gym • Last session's weights and reps are pre-filled automatically — no scrolling through history. • Tap to complete a set. The rest timer starts automatically and notifies you when it's time for the next set, even with the screen locked. • Adjust weight, reps, or rest on the fly without breaking focus. • Reorder remaining exercises when the equipment you need is occupied. • Switch between kilograms and pounds — your choice, app-wide. Apple Watch companion • Leave your iPhone in the locker. The Watch app shows your current exercise, lets you log sets with the Digital Crown, and runs the rest timer on your wrist. • Live heart rate display during the session. • Automatic sync back to your iPhone — finished sets are queued durably, even when the apps aren't connected in real time. Track your progress • Per-exercise history: every set, every weight, every date. • Automatic personal record detection. • Progress chart for each exercise showing weight over time. • Calendar view of every workout you've completed. Apple Health integration • Finished workouts are saved to Apple Health alongside your other activity. • Live heart rate samples on the Watch (read locally — never transmitted off your device). Calendar export • Schedule your training sessions into your iPhone calendar. • Write-only access — FitMark never reads your existing calendar entries. Eight languages English, German, Russian, Turkish, Spanish, Polish, French, Italian — the full app and exercise catalog, not just the menus. Privacy-first by design • No account, no email, no phone number — ever. • No analytics tracking your behavior. • Your workouts, programs, weights, and PRs live on your device. • Only crash diagnostics are sent off-device, so we can fix bugs. Nothing else leaves your phone. Built for lifters who want a tool that's fast at the gym, honest about its scope, and respects your data.

• Share training programs: send any program as a file via Messages, WhatsApp or AirDrop – the other person opens it with FitMark and the whole program is added. • Workout progress on your lock screen and in the Dynamic Island: current exercise, set, overall progress and a live rest timer – it also follows the sets you log on your Apple Watch. • Rest starts after every set, including timed warm-ups and cool-downs. Only the last set of the workout has no rest. • Workouts are saved automatically as soon as you finish. The button on the finish screen is now "Done". • FitMark offers to open the Apple Watch app every time you start a workout. • Fixed: the keyboard could not be hidden after switching tabs.
