App does not do any of the things its advertised to do. Very disappointed since I was looking forward to track my progress.
Ultrasport F-Bike let down badly by this app
The Ultrasport folding exercise bike company recommends this app. A mistake. This quality and performance of this app lets down the Ultrasport equipment. Not sure if this is the same company but it either needs sacking and a new app developer or drastically improving. Doesn’t even record data which os a basic function of exercising and records to check progress.

Doesn’t work
Finds my bike on Bluetooth, but then the registration just seems to end? It doesn’t match up with the installation instructions in the bike installation booklet. Without the app, the bike doesn’t seem to record any data either.
Works Great
Have had no issues with this app. It works great with my recumbent bicycle. Excellent customer support

Total piece of trash! So disappointed, I thought I could track my workouts on my recumbent bike but it crashed after I used it once and did NOT retain my information. Don’t waste your time. Ugh!

Worthless. The only thing I was able to do successfully was to download the app. ZERO stars. Don’t waste your time.
Absolutely rubbish app
This app is rubbish, doesn’t save any of your data, doesn’t even recognise you doing any activity and then it just won’t let you start programs.
You can’t use with other members of family even though it says you can!
It won’t link to Fitbit so can’t track progress with that either.
So disappointing and for 2021 this should be an app that works for the simplicity of recording a workout at least.

App in Chinese
I had some hope that this would sync to my recumbent bike, but can’t even get passed setup because it won’t convert to English. App won’t hold Saved input.

I have to agree with all the others. I bought this model trainer because of its App. But the App doesn’t connect - it identifies the bike the drops it. Why have you not resolved this yet??
Update has made it unusable
This app never did record data but since the update it won’t connect to the exercise bike at all. It says it can see it but won’t connect to show any data.
Update has broken it
No longer connects to my bike. It finds the bike, but when I try to open any functionality, it tells me to connect to the correct device.
It didnt save the data before the update which was bad enough, but this is extremely frustrating.

This app doesn’t work anymore
Since your update to this new version, the app no longer works. Which makes my day expensive exercise bike redundant as I am no longer aware of my progress.
Please return this to the previous version or correct the matter already.

Awful
The app wasn’t the best to start with but after the most recent update, I can’t even connect to it. It now won’t recognise my bike....Such a shame as looking at the app now it could be more useful - if you can connect!

Update not working
I have been using this app for a few weeks, it’s not the best app but it does the job and considering it was free I can’t complaint too much
but Iv just updated the app and now it won’t connect to my bike??
It’s finding it on Bluetooth but once I start it goes off and says reconnect, Iv tried multiple times 😩😒

Newest version Doesn’t work
The app recognizes my bike but after selection it tells me I have to select my bike first so I “reconnect” but still tells me I have to select a bike when I try and start.
Absolute crap
I’ve never written a review before but this app is so dismal that I just have to say so. Seriously, get it sorted. And while you’re about it get done help with your equally dreadful translations both in the app and the manual. Truly awful app...
It always disconnects and I lose all the data.
It’s not because of the internet, it’s the app it’s self. Any time when I’m using the rowing machine, all data is gone.
I hope that this gets fixed at some as possible.
