About

Turn every workout into points. Every month into a goal. FQ (Fitness Quotient) reads your Apple Health workouts and gives each one a score. The harder you work, the more points you earn. Every calendar month resets the board, so there's always a new climb waiting. One number that tells the truth about your month. No social feed. No daily chain to break. Just a clean monthly total that grows every time you move, from a long run to a yoga flow to incidental everyday activity. Climb the ranks from Bronze to Elite. Watch the progress bar fill in real time and feel the click as you cross each threshold. Built for the way you already train. FQ scores everything Apple Health knows about: running, cycling, swimming, rowing, HIIT, strength, yoga, pilates, martial arts, hiking, skiing, and dozens more. Cardio sessions earn a 10× multiplier and strength and studio workouts earn 15×. Even your incidental everyday activity counts. Nothing to log. Nothing to tag. Just train. Reward the well-rounded month. A monthly Balance Bonus adds up to 20% on top of your workout points for keeping a healthy mix of cardio and strength — the sweet spot sits around 60–70% cardio to 30–40% strength, with partial credit across a wider band. Lift and run, and the math works in your favor. Set a plan, then finish it. Build a Training Plan and earn a completion bonus when you see it through — up to 15,000 points for the biggest plans. See your month, then your year. The Current Month view shows your live total, your rank, your progress, and a per-workout breakdown with points earned. The Monthly Summary surfaces a workout-type breakdown so you can see where your effort actually went. The Year View lets you scroll back through every month you've trained. Consistency, your way. A gentle, optional Workout Streak counts the weeks you hit your own target number of training days. It's a weekly rhythm, not a daily grind — rest days never break it — and you can switch it off any time. Train from your wrist. An optional Apple Watch companion runs live strength sessions with rest and set countdowns that stay readable on the Always-On Display, shows your rank and monthly total at a glance, and keeps your score on your watch face with complications. You never need a Watch to use FQ — but it's there if you want it. Private by design. FQ runs natively on iPhone and iPad. Your data syncs through your own iCloud, never to anyone else. No accounts. No ads. No tracking.
