Worth the cost

Does exactly what you want it to do!
Just what I needed
So many of the apps assume that you want to exercise more or be more active and have features around that. I don’t—I have an autoimmune disease and I tend to do too much activity and make myself sicker. I need to walk less. This is a nice simple app and I am able to look at how many steps I have taken in a day at a glance. It doesn’t update steps in real time, but it does update frequently enough for me, on the default settings. If you need to refresh it you can click through to the app and it will refresh with the latest number from the Health app. I haven’t tested but it feels like it is automatically updating about every 15 min or so?
Anyway, if you read this far you should totally buy this! :)
App doesn’t load properly
Good Info
Exactly as advertised!
Good design, lazy developer
That’s right — this dude wants you to pay $$ for his app which is supposed to track your fitness data, but if it doesn’t track the activities you care about, you’re somehow supposed to know that you have to write in and ask them to update their app so that it does the thing you paid for it to do.
They are justifying a bad user experience with equivocation about a “good user experience.” 80 activities is not a lot to quickly scroll through. And there is a search function for people who don’t know how to quickly navigate an alphabetized list.
I wonder how many people paid for this app, found out that it didn’t do what it’s supposed to do, and then had to pay for a different app.
The dev doesn’t want to spend a couple days creating the icons for each activity and doing a nominal update to the app code. Bad form.
Good design, needs updated
Response from developer
We’re happy to hear that this app is helpful to you! We don’t include all activities by default to balance the 70+ activities with a good user experience of navigating through all of them. We add activities when asked and in our latest update we’ve included soccer. This will pull data as long as it exists in the Apple Health App. Thanks for raising the issue.
Disappointing

Awesome app! Monthly View?
Almost What I Needed
Fills the Gaps of Apple Heath’s Views
Nearly perfect, just needs calorie deficit
Response from developer
This is a great suggestion and we’d love to build this out. Feel free to drop us a message via feedback@fitnesstotals.com if you’re interested in beta testing this functionality.
Great little app
Does as it says but could be improved
Would be great if these could be integrated into the Apple Watch complications so that I can link distance ran for week/month/year. Would have made this a much easier buy at the price point
Response from developer
Thanks for the feedback! We have looked into complications a tiny bit. The one issue we ran into was the Apple Watch stores a limited set of health data so we can’t have the complication query data from the watch. We could potentially sync with the iPhone, but that can also cause issues since health data is unavailable while the iPhone is locked. All the details aside, we’ll add this info to our list of asks for complications.
Pretty good, few things to improve
Wish the widgets placed on the home screen also reflected these changes - I have my active energy set to kJ which shows in app but is still calories on my Home Screen - annoying to do the conversion every time.
The in built feedback function forces it to be sent via the mail app however I have gmail set to my default mail app which it seems to ignore.
