Spelling errors/ technical difficulties
The tab that says “profil” instead of the word profile needs to be fixed immediately connecting to the phone is a lot harder than what the directions talk about isn’t very water resistant and it’s obviously an overseas scam, even if given through insurance provider. Great for cheap analysis but cheap is what you’re getting.

Poor quality
I was given this as a gift and was excited to have some input about my health and sleep patterns. Unfortunately I am disappointed in this watch as it does not do anything it says it will as far as sleep, hr, and step count accurately. I hope as a product developer you take into consideration that many elderly people may get this product and think it is working properly and using this info as a guide when it is not correct.
