Spelling errors/ technical difficulties
The tab that says “profil” instead of the word profile needs to be fixed immediately connecting to the phone is a lot harder than what the directions talk about isn’t very water resistant and it’s obviously an overseas scam, even if given through insurance provider. Great for cheap analysis but cheap is what you’re getting.

Poor quality
I was given this as a gift and was excited to have some input about my health and sleep patterns. Unfortunately I am disappointed in this watch as it does not do anything it says it will as far as sleep, hr, and step count accurately. I hope as a product developer you take into consideration that many elderly people may get this product and think it is working properly and using this info as a guide when it is not correct.

Não conecta no relógio
Não consigo conectar, não me dá a opção de fazer isso como antes. Não me dá a opção de nada, e o relógio não tem a opção de voto ditar hora, só posso editar através do app e ele não funciona.

Agora o app não deixa baixar mais os mostradores pois agora é tudo pago! R$12,00 por um mostrador simples, sem luxo. Que absurdo é esse?!? Uma vergonha, infelizmente o relógio só tem pra esse app!!!

hay tantas cosas que ni funcionan que literalmente ni es un reloj es una basura inteligente
1.- La pantalla es fácil de rallar
2.- Le doy al botón de buscar y ni funciona
3.-los mensajes de WhatsApp llegan 3min después (no exagero Ayer me llamaron y ni me di cuenta hasta que el reloj 3min después me avisó)
Y podría seguir así tooodo el día. Básicamente no lo compréis porque está
Basura inteligente que de inteligente solo tiene que se puede conectar a tu móvil y que el resto falla además de que el ritmo cardiaco te miente.

I’m always out for a bargain lol 😝 guess I got one.
I ordered the large box, I got one item . It was the Smart band 7 . Took forever to download the app. Then it would not connect to the watch . The paper instructions were no help really . I wish companies sold products that work as that say they do .
