I ordered the large box, I got one item . It was the Smart band 7 . Took forever to download the app. Then it would not connect to the watch . The paper instructions were no help really . I wish companies sold products that work as that say they do .

The application works. It is bare bones, but the ads in the app are awful.

SCAMMER!!
These people try to steal your money by getting you to create an account with a credit card so they can take your money each month. They say I’ll charge you zero dollars just put a credit card in to verify and then they charge you two dollars so that they will keep charging you every month in secret. This app doesn’t even work. The watch doesn’t work with the app. It won’t connect to the phone and they’re just a bunch of thieves.

My contacts will not sync from the app to the watch. I have tried going to your website for support but its in another language and wont work other than showing how to use the app with screenshots.

This is horrible. It doesn’t turn on and it said my heart rate was zero the whole time.

App is really poor, and cannot currently connect to an internet connection, despite there being one. Despite it being 2026, this app acts like it’s 2006.

I wish I could rate zero to this useless app, i dont understand why manufacturers would want to work with this app, it's so buggy and annoying and even they want 4€ per month for some awful watch faces, I don't recommend at all.

I bought this watch for my iPhone and it sucks there’s a serious lag issue it doesn’t do half of what it says it does u can read text tlk to Siri when call on it it’s so low you think you’re hearing a distant voice from someone’s headphones nearby the watch is just trash
Awful app can’t connect
Can’t connect and the app just acts and looks very sketchy
Won’t let you change dial/watch face
It was going good until recently where I can’t change the dial/watch face anymore. Any time I tried it will log me out and then I had to log in twice to get back in. I will be getting a new watch somewhere else and NEVER USSINF THIS AGAIN!!!! BEWARE!!!

My dial centre does not work in my iPhone and it just stays blank

You can skip the sign up but when you try to sign in it says check internet connection even tho my internet is perfectly fine which sucks but instead of the sign up it’s not to bad

Wants you to download thousands of apps. Impossible to find the actual app for this crappie Chinese sports/ health watch. Avoid purchasing

The QR code is a scam site but other than that once you just got to the App Store and download the app, it works great and no credit card is needed

I cannot get it off of military time no matter what I do. When I put it on regular time, it turns right back around after about an hour or two and goes right back to military time

Worst thing on the App Store. Nothing works, keeps disconnecting Bluetooth. Can’t even get it to connect. App has ads all in it, when you try to download the app through the website you get a ton of pop up spam ads. Straight to the garbage with this thing . Very unsatisfied customer.
