NASM-CPT
I just started using the app recently and was happy with it until the recent update which has been a disaster. I can’t edit workouts as the app won’t allow me to delete exercises or add sets to new ones. I hope there is another update coming soon or I will have to cancel
Too Many Glitches
App has too many glitches and no way of getting a hold of anyone for assistance. Upgraded the subscription and it doesn’t even reflect on the app and they also overcharged for that upgrade. Number they have listed on their page rings to some random company and no one answers. Terrible.
Cant take payments
They use stripe, stripe wont let me sign and the password reset never gets sent to me. I told fitsw this and they said “reset your password with the password reset feature”… uh, no!
Far Below Expectations
I had high hopes that this app would do the things it mentions because it seemed simple enough for me to help manage my clients/business. Unfortunately, it is filled with bugs, buttons that don’t even work, and screens that are not interactive on the app. Welp, I thought I’d be a customer for sure before the disappointment.

Could be good with some changes
Good features, but I decided to switch to a different app.
1) Looks to retro, the whole look needs redesigning
2) Supersets/giant sets are programmed badly. Needs a new fresh look, so it all fits on one page.

Nutrition
Nutrition section doesn't work at all cannot add macro goals or food or set up any diets at all
Apple Watch
It would be great if there was more options to connect a watch i can only connect a fit bit i have an Apple Watch

Great custom app as a business especially during and post covid! Love the ability to manage my gym and wellness center, trainers, clients and communicate all in a centralized location. Been a FITSW customer for more than 6 years and this company has provided amazing customer service, growth opportunity and has expanded tech to be user friendly, competitive and easily accessible especially since the world went digital!

Very unintuitive and awkward to use.

Make this user friendly. I have used other app but this one is just too complicated
Great until it came to cancelling and 1099
The app is great, still needs a little cleaning up to make more user friendly but still usable. The only issue I ran into was when I canceled and I had to reach out regarding my 1099 because It wasn’t showing up on the stripe dashboard since they had me down for not filing.I told them I was still going to and I sent endless emails trying to obtain it and never got a response. I don’t know what happened but I still haven’t gotten any word back and stripe can’t help me. So it’s disappointing to have to give them a low rating

Things that could be added
I wish the rest was a actual timer instead of just recording how long you rested.
And workout history should be in the workout to see what you did last time

I cannot change the gender of my client in the app , so far just that
Issues with workout dates
I have been using this app for a while and it has been great until the last couple months. I keep trying to input the current day for the workout date but it inputs a random date from last year. I try to manually change the date and it won’t let me. It seems like there are some bug issues with it. I would appreciate the assistance thank you.

Scheduled Workouts- Do NOT populate
Was setting up a clients schedule and noticed none of the excercises were populating. Closed the app still not showing up. Deleted and reinstalled and still did not fix the issue.
App looks like it could fundamentally be greasy for starter trainers but can’t really rate it based upon not being able to even set up a single workout for my client. Will delete and wait for updates.

Schedule won’t load
Opened app today on two separate iPhone devices. The “schedule” is not showing up when opened. Also, went to “Contact Support” tab and it’s a dead link. 🙄
Great app!
I’ve been using FitSW for a few months and it’s been a great addition for my clients. It’s easy to use and customize. One thing I hope gets added is the ability to create folders in order to better organize programs/workouts.

Changes on app are regular
To many changed to app version that makes it frustrating and hard to update
Timer
App is great for the most part. Bust since last update the timer will not work, it just closes out the app. Please fix
Sick of this app and desktop version
Unreliable, pages don’t always work, desktop version even worse. I hate that I paid for a year of this.
