Great for structure

I love this app for many reasons - it provides the structure I need in my workouts (literally just show up to the gym and I have a set routine in the app and I can track my progress), lets me integrate my health app stats and MFP to track my steps and macros all in one place. Plus it’s fun to see how you progress along peers! Highly recommend
