App Issues Need Fixed
Downloaded the app because I purchased some dumbbells through Amazon. I downloaded the app to register my equipment, but the app won’t let me create an account (I keep getting an error about sending a confirmation email). Also, app doesn’t have videos of all the workouts which would be nice. Instructions are fine but no good way to log sets and it doesn’t tell you to switch arms or positions. App needs a LOT of work.

Can’t Register
Like many other reviewers, I was unable to create an account to register a product. “Error sending confirmation email.” Sounds exactly like what reviewers have noted for many months, so not a recent problem and unlikely to be temporary.
Useless
Can’t register an item until I create account. But can’t even create an account. Getting the error about sending confirmation email. Why bother creating an app if you don’t maintain it?
Wouldn’t create an account
I bought some products off Amazon. I tried to register them, but it made me download the app. I tried to create an account but it just kept giving me errors. I tried 3 different ways. How am I supposed to register my products if I can’t even create an account?

Every time I go to create an account I get an error saying error sending confirmation email. I’ve tried two different email addresses. What do I do?
Non functional app
This app is completely and utterly useless!! Nothing works, most of the buttons don’t do anything when pressed. No clue why they created this app, I can’t even register my warranty for the dumbbells I bought. Speaking of dumbbells, why include a QR code telling me to download the app for personalized workouts when you barely have ANY dumbbell workouts on the app?? I’d give zero stars if I could

Cant even create account
Downloaded at the very least to register a jump box that I bought but the app won’t even let me create an account because of some email error. I tried diff emails and got same error stating they cant send me a confirmation email.
App Required to register product?!
I bought some weights off Amazon. The QR code to register the product for the warranty directed me to install this app. In order to to register the product I had to create an account for the app. This is a ridiculous antipattern just to get the warranty on the product I purchased. Immediate uninstall.

Being generous because it functions now but that’s where this ends
I can’t imagine launching an app with such minimal content. This is an app that is supposed to show workout videos and there are very few. Abs-3, Back-2, and if you want to sort by equipment and click dumbbells you get 2, that’s it. I bought dumbbells and this came with it. Thankfully it’s free but honestly probably cost them more to make then it was worth

Cool app
It seems that the app developers have fixed the problem mentioned in earlier reviews about not having a back button. There is one now, and everything works great. I love that I can choose different body parts to exercise or I can choose different types of exercise, for example, dumbbells. I would love to see more exercises added to this app, and I look forward to using it.

Some tabs have NO videos for a workout, app shuts down randomly. Doesn’t allow upload photo for profile

App is unusable. Cannot leave a page or lock on to product category for registration.
Useless App
Clearly nobody tested the app before launching it. When you click into any exercise, there’s no way to exit back to the main screen other than force closing the app. Also, there’s a circle around the exercise with dots at certain points…what is that even for? It seems like it should be a timer but good luck trying to figure out how to get it to star. I only downloaded this app because they make you do that to register the balance board I got, plus they said there would be workouts you can use which I thought might be nice. But there’s not even any exercises for the type of equipment I got!!

The Fitvids machine isn’t listed in the app, one needs to go to “cable” to see exercises. Once you look at a particular exercise, you cannot go back to the selection screen, you must close the app then restart it, then follow prompts to see that next exercise. Assembly: Weight blocks are dirty, covered in a black powder. You’ll need a spray bottle of a soap type fluid and a roll of paper towels. Even then, expect residual black powder on the surface. The machine appears well built and sturdy. Assembly takes a while, hours. I’m happy with the purchase but I’m still assembling it. When installing pulleys, I suggest you do not install the locknuts on the pulley mounts until you have all cables installed. Cables aren’t well marked so it is easy to get the wrong cable run so have to redo. ASSEMBLED: The Fitvids app doesn’t seem to include their exercise machine. There’s a selection called “cable” but it seems to apply to machines with a simple freestanding cable setup. There’s nothing about use of their full exercise machines. The machines come with an odd looking padded piece but nowhere in the instructions or the videos does it tell you where to install it nor how to use it. There are instructions on the weight shield panels but they don’t tell you how to set up the machine for that exercise. There are no instructions for adjustment of the various multi hole square tubes. Common sense will take you part way but there is crucial information missing. In fact with this machine you are pretty much on your own. Maybe there is information elsewhere, but it doesn’t come with the machine and this app isn’t very helpful.

No Way Out
No way out of an exercise and no way to change it to try another. Too bad because I was excited when I saw how many there were to choose from but this app is unusable. I deleted it.

Can’t verify my email to sign up for the app
Doesn’t function well
When trying to create an account, it asked me to verify my email address. When I try to type in the code for my email it doesn’t allow me to type. I just bought a plyo box and there are noplyo workouts.
In a excerise no home button
Pls improve the app.
