I’m disappointed with the customer service
I bought 2 pair of shoes from this company, and only received one of the pairs. This was a month ago. I have tried calling their customer service hotline number a dozen times, and only get a recording to text them, so I did. The recording said someone would get back to me right away through text, and I have yet to receive a response. This was 16 days ago. I tried using their online chat, and didn’t get anywhere with the chat bot. It is very difficult to get ahold of a real live person. Today, I sent a second text and a voicemail on their hotline number. I hope to resolve this issue. I want to make everyone aware of this, and hope it doesn’t happen to you. This is no way to do business when they’re such a huge company. They should have people answering their phones and texts.

Tracking number does not show me when I should receive my order. When trying message about this they want me to pay $2 to talk to someone. What kind of business relationship is this.
