User reviews

Outstanding!

This is a great set of exercises that you absolutely can learn from this app with diligence and practice.

Dr. Yang is a great teacher and a treasure.

Apology

I did write a review earlier that hasn’t appeared as yet. I claimed that this app is disappointing as it wouldn’t load properly. I must apologise because it wasn’t loading properly because I hadn’t completely signed in. The app is instructive and I like it and use it a lot. Thank you.

Epic Qigong Lesson

This might be the greatest qigong video ever made. It is simple, deep and traditional qigong with basic TCM explaining how to use qigong to stay healthy during the change of seasons.
