New app update doesn’t even work
The new app update was pointless. I don’t even like the new look. It doesn’t show what’s in stock. Compared to the website, it actually shows what’s in stock and I’m able to make purchases through there :(

What the heck?
Both the app and the website has issues. I am trying to make a large order both in store and shipping and when it comes to checking out, I keep getting an error message after inserting payment. I have tried two different payment methods and no luck. So now I have a cart full of merchandise that I can’t purchase. What the heck.

This new app is super fun! Love the new wishlist, swipe to like my fav products. Taking it with me to the store was such a surprise because I could scan and find the price when I wasn’t sure while shopping in person. Heart your reboot and keep the squish and dumplings coming!
Needs some more adjustments
I love Fivebelow but as someone who is not mobile at the moment, online shopping is very helpful. I just can’t see a lot of the images for the items you’re selling on your website.
Wtf did you do to this app??
I loved this app but now it won’t show pictures of ANY products, at all. I’m certainly not buying anything that I can’t even see an image of. There’s no point in keeping the app on my phone since it’s useless.
not accurate
The app does not accurately represent what is in stock! Until there is a rewards system where you can scan a QR and earn rewards/points, there’s no point in having the app take up space in my phone

Only thing I like better than the five below store is the app. Easy to use, bright and fun, and I loveeee that they added a wishlist!

Wow I love 5 Below
I stopped at my local five below this week and had such a pleasant shopping trip. The store was WELL organized but the app was the kicker! I love the how quick the checkout is and seeing the inventory before heading out is awesome!! Also the rewards and promotions are a plus it just makes the whole experience faster and convenient.

I’m able to quickly find a nearby 5 Below to check out their Monster Jam truck selection. Toggling between the map and list is super convenient!
App is easy and fun to use
I’m so excited that five below now has an app that in real time allows me to browse hot deals. It’s easy and user friendly. Checkout is a breeze. My daughter is 1.5 years old and even enjoys a scroll through it. I definitely recommend!
