Please Fix Filters
Trying to shop the hand soap sale and the fragrance family filter is only showing 2-4 items per family. Obnoxious. You're limiting your sales
I can’t log in since the update!
I literally haven’t been able to log in since the app updated, keeps saying “we couldn’t complete your login please contact support.” I can log into the reg website, reset my password, and reinstalled the app. Fix it!!!
A downgraded update
I tried to send this to customer care, but the AI bot won’t help me do that, so here we are with a formal review. The new look is nice, but it’s not functional in the store. No one can scan the barcodes now. I thought it was my phone. No, they said it’s been happening non stop since the update. Also, why did you take away my coupons? I am a planner and want to see what coupons I have for the month ahead. By taking them away I’ll inadvertently shop less because I’m not changing my daily plans due to a push notification about a sale that’s only good for that day. The look is nice, but the functionality and service is a big miss.

App malfunction
App will not let me sign in. Have changed password many times, have deleted and reinstalled the app. Contacted Customer Service by email and phone, promised IT would resolve/contact me and nothing happened. Very frustrating.
Can’t login after upgrade
Forced to upgrade then get error unknown error . Cannot access app for sales I want.
Customer support is no help since it’s AI and does not understand actual issues.
