Forced to upgrade then get error unknown error . Cannot access app for sales I want.

Highly deceptive practices
While you were using the Bath and body Works app it will tell you that you have an unused promotion. Then a pop-up will appear that says you receive $20 off your order. However you are really singing up for a monthly $20 fee to a complete and total third-party. There is no warning saying that is what’s happening they just act like it’s a $20 gift from Bath & body Works. This is disgusting deceptive behavior.

Login issues
I have always been signed in on my phone. Suddenly I was kicked out of the app and required to login again. When it wouldn’t take my password, I changed it. The app still would not log me in. I can use the exact credentials on the website to login but the app will not work. This is frustrating as I am a frequent BBW shopper and enjoy the convenience of the app. Please get this fixed!

Terrible app and wallflowers damaged my house
I've stopped shopping at BBW. Earlier this year you changed the app and the rewards program (I guess) because I've stopped receiving any offers or coupons. The app is horrible and I keep having to log back in every time you tweak something... that NEVER improves it. Add to that the wallflowers I had bought (I was addicted!) leaked all over my baseboards and countertops and ruined them (the stains will NOT come off) and I'm through with B&BW. There are other things I can be spending my money on.

App crashed
Ever since the new update, I have not been able to login to the app at all. I have to do all my shopping in the browser and have to go online to redeem my rewards which is an annoying inconvenience when I’m trying to shop in the store. Hopefully you can fix this bug please!

The app worked completely fine before switching my phone, then I switched and I can’t log into the app no matter what now, I’ve talked to customer service so many times and nothing works, I can now only use the website
Day 7 of log in issues and missing coupons
I have changed my password so many times that I’ve lost track. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it. My phone is up to date. I am using an iPhone 17 pro. This is the only app that I’m having problems with.
I know I can log on in Safari but it’s not the same.
I am also missing coupons. I threw away the ones that were mailed because all my coupons are normally stored in the app. Well now I don’t have the 20% off coupon when I log on in Safari.

Unable to log into app
Had not problems getting into the app and I’ve reset my password 3 times and still can’t log into the app and customer service said that it would take 3-5 days to solve the problem and that is totally unacceptable

Deleted Love it list AGAIN
I kid you not every other time you update this app you do something that makes our LOVE IT LIST GO AWAY until you add something to it. Why ???what is wrong with you people. What I tap on my love list it says to add and shows NOTHING. LIKE LAST TIME. STUPID STUPID STUPID

Two updates later and STILL can’t sign in. Same message keeps popping up-“We couldn’t complete your sign in. Try again and if the problem persists contact customer service.” CS can’t do anything except say to change my password but that does nothing. I used to be a pretty frequent shopper but I’ve barely been because this is so annoying.

Seen the new update and decided to try to login and once again I can’t login … It tells me either it can’t confirm my credentials and change password or contact cs … I have read past reviews and this is a BBW App problem not a me problem so PLEASE fix it .. the app is so much easier and more efficient to search then using the website.

Mutes Audio!!!
Why is the app muting my music or audio books when I open the app? I’m not listening to anything in the app so why is it set to mute MY audio on MY phone. Even if I pause the video then resume on my audio it proceeds to mute it again. This bug needs to be fixed asap. That’s not okay.
Doesn’t let me login/ sign in
I have used this app and had no issues and then one day I’m logged out no biggie it happens. The problem is it didn’t let me do login. Password is correct. And in case it wasn’t I changed password. Nope still nothing. I deleted the app and tried again … nope nothing still tells me “we couldn’t complete your sign in try another time or contact support” I’ve tried through out the week thinking it could be a glitch that day or 2. It’s been a week or nothing. I know it’s the app because I can sign in online. Which just an inconvenience. The app was faster and always the best option especially when at the actual store.. i don’t know what else to do. I hope this gets fixed

DISAPPOINTED OVERALL
Can’t login. i understand bug issues BUT too much time has passed and many people have reported this issue YET nothing has been done about it. this is a billion dollar company.. are they not only cheap on quality but also accessibility as well? it’s ridiculous. i usually order daily but because i can’t log in on the app, its been weeks. maybe it’s a sign.

Login issues
Like many, one day I was suddenly logged out. No matter the hoops I jump through, I cannot log in to the app again. Deleting the app. Rewards aren’t worth this frustration.
Where’s my gift card?!?
I had a gift card saved on the app worth $25. They eliminated the Wallet feature with the most recent update and my gift card is now gone. I feel robbed.
