Can’t log in with the app
Cant log in on the app. It keeps telling me my password is incorrect. However, i can log in on the website just fine.

Useless App
I tried to change my email address on my membership and the app would not let me? I called the customer service number & THEY were unable to do it. I went to the store and they were unable to change my email address???This app is useless now on my phone. I’ve tried deleting it and reloading it to no avail. The store is great. The app sucks.

LOVE IT LIST STILL BROKEN
Still after this latest update I cant open my love it list unless I add a new item then boom my list is there. Otherwise it’s gone. Says add something like I’ve never done so previously. Fix this. It’s very annoying.
Disappointing App
It’s been several months since the app worked.
Login issues
I have not been able to login the app ever since there was an update a few weeks ago. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it a couple of times with no luck. I have to use safari to login with the exact same sign on. Definitely a pain to do!!

App Not Working as Intended
Constantly see “Oops. Content failed to load.” Points history won’t load, clicking on a category won’t load, and search function doesn’t show everything - Halloween collection doesn’t show all vampire blood items. Didn’t know the fragrance booster for laundry was available now.

Never let me make an account
Every single time I’ve tried to make a rewards account on here it says error. EVERY time. Very disappointed.
Never works right
Support can’t help me get into the app. They tried 3 times. Stick to the website.
Wallet
I came to write you with a request. But I read your notes on the update, so it sounds like my request won’t be relevant. But here it is anyway, just in case. I’m disappointed we no longer have the wallet. With the wallet in the app, all the coupons I received in the mail were also in my app. This allowed me to throw the paper coupons away and use the digital coupons. That’s so much easier than wagging around coupons for multiple stores in my purse, just in case I happen to stop by and need them. It weighs my purse down and is too much to organize. I much prefer digital coupons!! But I noticed that was a strategic move based on feedback of people wanting to find their rewards easier. So I’m not sure what the perfect answer is, but I sure do wish I could still access digital coupons!

Can’t access my account with recent app update

Can’t login even after pw reset
What’s the point of the app when it won’t let me login or use it. Multiple tries of resetting passwords and attempts. Apparently the regular browsers still works.

Like many, one day I was suddenly logged out. No matter the hoops I jump through, I cannot log in to the app again. I deleted the app. I can’t even log in on the website. The Rewards aren’t worth this frustration.

Fix your log-in settings
I’ve had this app for years; all of a sudden my password stopped working. I tried resetting the password and still would not be logged in. Of course the AI slop “assistant” was no help at all.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Awful! Zero customer service and they do not stand behind their product! I have several wallflowers that have leaked down my walls onto my floors and counters! Customer service and store refused to replace their defected product!
