App sometimes stop working

I like this app and the great deals you get for signing up, BUT a new feature has kept me from using it. Now when you open the app if you are listening to music or a book or something the app mutes it. I’m almost always listening to music so it annoys me for my music to be muted while I use the app.

No support!!
I can sign in on my laptop. I cannot sign in on the app on my mobile. I have a brand-new phone (less than a week) and everything is up to date. The only recourse your ‘support’ agent offered was to tell me to reset my password. Nope. Again, my credentials work fine on desktop. Your error message on your app says for me to contact customer support - which goes nowhere.

I like the app to be able to see the sales and stuff but I’ve been to the store since I got the app and put my phone number in and they don’t give me my points anymore so I would fix or reconsider getting the app😊please read before getting app
App not working
The app isn’t the easiest to use, but I’ve never had real issues…. Until now.
I literally do not have a shopping cart. It’s a blank screen. I can shop around and look at items but get an error trying to add items to my cart. Not fun!
Fix it soon or I shall find somewhere new to shop.

Login Loop Error
I continue to get stuck in a login loop error on this “new app”. I know for a fact it’s not a user issue because I can sign in with the same credentials on the website. It is specific to the app. I’ve also confirmed through my own research that this is a known issue and that the developers refuse to do anything about it.

App not working
My app does not sync with my purchases and online orders anymore. I have to go to the website, log in to order. I’ve been in contact with customer service on multiple occasions, with no correction. They tell me to delete the app, re load it, etc. Nothing has worked yet. I’ve had my app for years and then this started last year.

App Won’t Let Me Log In
I can log in on the website perfectly fine, on both my phone and desktop. The app itself will not log me in. I don’t even get an error message, it just goes right back to the login page. I’ve been trying on and off for a month and it won’t work. My phone is up to date, and I have deleted and redownloaded the app several times with no luck. Sucks because I’ve heard there are app exclusive deals/coupons

Gift cards can not add
Since this update gift cards can not as to the app, very frustating, and the ones that were added before update disappers from the app
Glitchy
I love Bath and Body Works, but their app only works like it’s supposed to about 25% of the time. It’s often glitchy, and doesn’t work properly. Super frustrating. I waste so much time trying to order things using it.
Terrible App
The app was already rough to begin with but at the very least it was functional. Now with the update they did a few months ago I can’t even see all the items. I’ve deleted the app and redownloaded it multiple times and it is still having major issues. As a former B&BW employee, I can imagine how frustrating and awful this is for the customers and employees.

Free shipping an order over $50.00. Nope
Today Room sprays $3.50. Awesome picked my scents, order was over $50.00 which is suppose to be free shipping when I first checked my cart, shipping was free. I had to adjust my cart due to the fact that Wallflowers were out of stock. Got my cart back to over $50 and nope it said In my cart shipping charge $7.99. More than two sprays I was ordering. i tried to add more to my cart, nope.

I love It has hand sanitizers and lotion and mists that smells amazing fresh skin so soft I have say b I love it 10%
Employee discount
The only thig i wish the app had was for us employees to add our employee stuff so we can use our discount when having to order online if its not in store
APP NOT WORKING
I haven’t been able to login to the app or use any of my rewards. Tried chatting with the help desk and they were useless. Telling me to reset my password over and over. Ridiculous! I am able to login online but my reward won’t work.

A good store
I wish I had a way to get back into my account from my old phone but the old phone got ran over so it doesn’t come on n the screen is cracked n 100% black but I have to wait til I get a new phone n a new number which I’ll have 2 phones but iPhone 16e won’t be turned on after I get a new phone so I’ll come back to the app when I have a new phone number so I can use it again in store on the newer phone when the different number when that day comes

Don’t even try
I ordered via the app and chose standard delivery. 7 days after placing the order they had not even packed it. Still has not shipped 10 days in. Tried to call customer care, waited on hold for 20 mins just to have the call ended from bath and body works’s side.
Honestly, if you can’t go to the physical location, there are companies that will ship your soaps, cover shipping and handle it with care / support vs B&BW in its current state. Needless to say they have finally lost this customer for good.
