This bank is outstanding. Tiphany Farris and April Funston are very professional. They are strategic thinkers and follow through with an appropriate sense of urgency. They have helped us very much to transition our banking relationship from a long time bank that had been acquired by another bank. That transition was horrible and left a very bad taste about transition. Nonetheless, we simply could not stay at the acquiring bank and began a thorough search for a new, and hopefully long term banking relationship. We selected Five Star. The transition was trying and somewhat difficult as we had 5 corporate entities. Complexities were plentiful. The staff at 5 Star was up to the task and made it happen in a timely fashion. We are thankful. The online interface is pleasantly easy to navigate after a few lessons by phone. April and Tiphany have been great to work with. They were attentive to our needs and we look forward to a long relationship.

I’m 81. Remembering passwords is a serious problem for me. I often type in the wrong password which causes my account to lock. Then I need to change my password. I am constantly changing my passwords because of my memory problems. I wish I could use my original password to avoid trying to remember new passwords.

Created Login/Password not working
I created a password wrote it down and saved in my iPhone notes…and after entering the password in 8-9 correct and accurate times…the message that comes back still reads out “Incorrect Password Entered”..please explain

Two factor authentication
My phone e pushes a notification to me to authenticate logging in on my phone with the same phone I’m logging in on. If my phone is already verified I shouldn’t need 2 factor authentication on the app
