App Update
The app recently had an update and I’m enjoying it! I like the new features of being able to see spending habits and creating saving goals. Once you get logged in with all your information, it’s pretty sweet!
LOVE the updated app!
Very user friendly and offers so much more. Now you can see overdraft tolerance, repayment plans, and pending deposits. I have the ability to add my own travel notes and change my pin # instead of having to come inside. Also love how it breaks down what I’ve spent for the month into categories and can set up a savings goal. Love it

Love the new features!
I am loving the new features! You can add other banks to the app so you can see everything in 1 place! The new app also tracks spending habits and allows you to create a savings goal!

I love the new app, Five Star! The new features give me more control over my financial activities. So exciting!

New app has way more features than the old one. Navigation is easy and experience significantly better than the previous app.

This new app update has made my online banking experience so much better. I love that it has all the old features but with some new ones added.
What a great upgrade
Once I was able to log in I had some much more visibility to my debit card. I can even make it so no international transaction can come through! I really love how easy it was to link my other accounts and make payments. Great upgrade!
Functional
This app used to be great, and it has become even more convenient and user-friendly. You can now easily order debit cards, apply for loans, place stop payments on checks, request new checks, and view balances from other financial institutions. You can also refer friends to Five Star and earn $50. If you need additional assistance, visit a local branch to see what they can do for you!

The update to the new app has made paying my loan so much easier. I like the look too! Much more user friendly!

App worked fine now I have to be my own account because balances don’t update and any member transfers I need to do have to be cash from atm because I have to relearn this new absolutely over complex joke of an app they have. I’m probably moving over to chime

Greedy
Forces money from unauthorized charges and charges for doing it. Not customer friendly. Needs way more permission options. You literally have no say with YOUR MONEY. They just do without your knowledge or consent. Terrible greedy people.

Five Star Credit Union has always treated me right since moving here to pastor Redemption Church and opening a checking account in February of 2021. They are my go to for all my loans, credit card, checking and savings.

The ladies who work at my local branch are amazing. I’ve the past two years I have built a great relationship with these ladies. They already know when I come in what I need. That’s what I call 5 star customer service. Love them all!
Mobile Deposit
I like everything but the mobile deposit. Hard to get a check to read the checks.
