This app by Five X More is a truly fantastic resource created by the community, for the community. It covers all the essential topics around pregnancy in a way that feels inclusive, supportive, and genuinely helpful.
As someone who’s bought The Positive Birth Company pregnancy course, I can confidently say this app is of similar quality but the best part is that it’s completely free and accessible. It feels like having a trusted friend in your pocket, gently guiding you through the ups and downs of pregnancy and healthcare experts.
I highly recommend it to Black pregnant women looking for support that truly understands and represents their experience.
Also, I managed to reconnect with an old school friend through the community!
