Great product, don’t love the app.

They redid the app and now some things are hard to find. You have to use the browser to find your account dashboard where your subscriptions and referrals and rewards are. I wish they’d change the app back to how they had it. I prefer to shop on the desktop.

Products great! App HORRIBLE.

Worst shopping app ever. Glitchy, your subscriptions may or may not show correctly, can't get to your rewards points, App acts as is High Pass membership or discount is not present or applied- Website is better for shopping, rewards, manage subscriptions, discounts, checkout, etc. PRODUCTS however do not disappoint! I've been buying & using pretty much all of the gummies for several years. Subscriptions are the way to go for best discounts & savings.

Mobile app is great!

Since my last review, Five’s app dev team made huge strides improving the experience. The app is quite responsive with a much better overall design. 👏🏻

Great product, but horrendous Support

Their app is absolutely worthless as far as getting support. Just AI trash. Great Gummies, but this app is terrible.

Worst customer service

My order was supposed to come December 6th. It said it was delivered December 9th at my parcel locker(mind you I had put the right address for my order). I check my route app and they delivered it to an address 6 minutes away from mine that has nothing to do with mine. I talk to Five customer service and they tell me to talk to the shipping carrier. I talk to the shipping carrier and they make me make a case id and wait 2-3 business days. By the third day they closed the case and said it would arrive by the end of that day. IT DID NOT. I call customer service for the 4th time and they blab on about thank you for your patience and the rest(they couldn’t’ give a car in the world). They make another case if and tell me to wait another 2-3 days. I wait. Then on the third day they close the case and tell me the person who delivers packages was made sure to look for my package and would deliver it my the end of the day if they found it and if not to make an online claim. It never arrived. I try to make an online claim and I start almost finishing and towards the end they decide to tell me my order doesn’t have insurance so I’m stuck with no one helping me and when I get help they just make me wait another 2-3 days business days. I contact 5 and tell them all this and they don’t help at all and their customer service is so trash and only works on weekdays and they just took my money and I want someone to acknowledge me and atleast get me a reship that’s fast and not make me wait 3 weeks like this but oh well.

App is just not good

I suffer from severe chronic pain after 13 years or surgery and without of my GI organs

Specials don’t work

Every time I see a sitewide “buy one get one free “with a code, when I add the code it says that code doesn’t apply. Every time. Why do you lie?

Sleep & Chill!

I have never have slept well & have anxiety when I tried the sleep gummies I slept! then tried Chill, that made me able to cope with stress & ptsd. I can not recommend this highly enough, gave some to my 85 yr old mom to help her sleep, my daughter who is in a very intense college experience & I am going to see her & help her sleep & chill. I just need to get them to subscribe. Thanks for having great sales so I can share with mom!

Love the chocolates

I not only like the dark chocolates, but also have enjoyed the taste and quality of the gummies. Definitely what I had hoped for and at a great price.

Terrible app

I bought these gummies and they are amazing, first time I tried it, it took a while to hit. But it did hit hard and good. I downloaded the app because I thought why not, they gave me a ten dollar e-gift card and it would be a waste to not use it. I download the app, I make an account, that is where the problems started. It keeps saying that my email or password is incorrect which is false, when I need to confirm my account I have to log in and the issues keep going, it’s better to just order on the website than the app.

Fair. The old app had problems and we heard you. We completely rebuilt the five app from scratch since then, including the login experience. It's a totally different app now. Give it another shot and see if the new version wins you over. If anything's still off, hit up support@fivecbd.com.

Slow,app is horrible

im still waiting over a week for my lastorderand now they have renewed a subscription. Tried to cancel the subscription, can’t do it, tried to remove credit card on file, they want another. App us horrible. So they sell chill oills and just nake people mad! Well i got my irder, this wouldn’t be so bad would it?👎🏻👎🏻🤠🇺🇸🎬

Amazing edibles

Out of all the edibles that ive tried from various brands, these are the most relaxing. Ive already reordered the 10mg hybrid because of how good they are.

Quality sleep

I’ve been struggling with sleep for many years until I stumbled across five gummy‘s. I no longer have any issues with falling asleep. I sleep sound like a baby every night. Great great product.
