Such a mismanaged miserable team; they don’t value their words, they don’t value others time, don’t take responsibility and hence we can’t trust them. You guys made my service requests rescheduled to 4-5 times and finally rescheduled to some other day. Service booked- AC service.

No response.
No one responded and even mentioned that the booking got cancelled. I tried contact all forms of available numbers and yet I received response. The service staff did not call to cancel, and the the company was not helpful or responsive.

I’m very happy with my experience using the Fixail app. I’ve booked them for a microwave repair previously, and more recently for electrical work, both of which were handled perfectly. High charge and lazy people for service. I booked ramadan nanachu kuli service, 2 people come to home and they were busy in talking to each other and they were in phone. They Never hear my instructions.
