طبعا مافيش حاجة كاملة، لكن هم يعتمد عليهم و خصوصا طاقم خدمة العملاء اللي موجود دلوقتي، بالنسبة للصنايعية، في الاول و الاخر ده راجل كسيب بس فكرة انك تقدر تقيمه ديه حاجة مهمة لاننا كلنا بشكل و باخر بنتقيم في المكان اللي بنشتغل فيه، و ده بيخلي الواحد يبقي عنده احترافيه علي قد ما يقدر، و الوحش بيبان بسرعة في ظروف العمل ديه.

I payed full amount of the job but fixawy didn’t complete the job and customer support does not answer

فعلا حل مشاكل كبيرة جدا، جودة الخدمات و سرعة الخدمة ممتازة و درجة الالتزام و المتابعة قمة الاحترام و الاحترافية بجانب اسعار معقولة و في المتناول مقارنة بالسوق، شكرا و من نجاح ل نجاح

THe services are over priced the plumber cam for 2 hours ( 1 hour he went to buy the pipe ) and I paid 300 LE and There were no dangerous stuff just regular fixing . I am sure the plumber included the 1 hour outside the house in the fees ! Which is unacceptable as the app states any time consumed in buying the materials is not considered working hours !

It just an application but it didn’t provide any service
No fixer is available at any given time
I downloaded the app and on my first time trying to use it, I couldn't find any fixers on different dates and times. Also I was looking for a plumber in Nasr City. Only 5 showed up in the list and none of them was available.
