The app has become easier to use since I first downloaded a few months back. I’m a repeat customer living in the Phoenix area and every technician that I’ve had the pleasure of meeting and has done work for me thus far, has been amazing! From having my TV mounted to assembling my furniture I purchased online. Techs have all been in a positive mood and have made the process enjoyable. I highly recommend using the company directly to have the advantage of obtaining services from a technician you can get to know and trust who will personalize your experience and more than likely return for any future services. Shaun’s been the tech I have had the pleasure of having assigned for my last three services. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He’s also gone out of his way to ensure customer care and satisfaction.

Great service, bad technology
Micah was awesome! He was personable, professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He mounted my TV perfectly the first time with no issues, and made sure everything was secure and level. I really appreciated how smooth and stress-free he made the whole process.
I did have some struggles with the app and website — it didn’t seem to work right the first time. Maybe the website tech could be a little better. But once everything got set up, everything else went great.
Honestly, I want Micah for all my future projects — he made the whole process easy. Highly recommend!

Wow, still doesn’t work
The last review I see from January notes the same problem I am having today, July 2nd. Each time I click Pay Now, I get a message that says "Something Went Wrong. Try again later." This is ridiculous. I hope the service is better than the app.
